Honestly, the worker Jonathan is what makes this McDonalds special. He is so pleasant, and his customer service is outstanding. He is always cheerful and does his job with excellence and a smile. He is a wonderful addition to the staff and deserves a raise.

My grandson and I had went through the drive thru, before going to church. They were very busy. In line for about 20 minutes of not more. People was cutting their cars off. I had ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget meal with a large sweet tea. I only wanted the sweet tea large. I get to the window after paying the girl said he is your large sweet tea. I thought maybe the person taking my order heard me wrong. Then she gives my bag. I drive off and going down the road. The nuggets were hard. My grandson kept saying more. She didn’t want them. The tea was a medium unsweetened. I was charged for the large. I tried to call the restaurant several times before I got to church. Left church went back by to speak with a manager. He seen my receipt and apologized, he said he would remake for me. Okay, I was okay with it. The girl told me to drive to steps it would be 3 minutes all the Nuggets. Okay, I sit there for 15 minutes. Once the drive through was clear I backed up to the window. I asked the girl did they forget about me. She said yes! I said WOW! The second I give the benefit of doubt and it’s done again. So the manager tried to get me 2 big boxes of nuggets. I thought about it, I said No I just want my money back. I will not ever go back to this McDonalds. I will make sure people I know don’t go either. Even the manager let me down as a customer. Never again. If I could give a 0 I would. I’m in customer service and in management and your customers come first no matter what.

The pretty good food made the mediocre service bearable, only complaint foodwise is that the fries were lukewarm and the service was mediocre at best, it was fairly slow this time, and they had to ask me what my order was several times (kinda looked lost), my experience with this McDonald’s varies wildly, one day the food and service is great and the next day it’s the exact opposite, it typically depends on who’s working but I guess that’s with anywhere you go nowadays, I will say the food can be pretty good at times at this location, I guess that’s high praise considering some of my McDonald’s experiences

Drive through is not going very well. 3-4 cars in the close lane get service for every 1 car in the far lane. A lady was screaming at the top of her lungs tonight to get service and nobody responded so she drove up to the window. The car behind her took almost 10 minutes to receive the food even though the coffee came out in 1 minute. Not a very good reputation in the stokesdale/oak ridge area, ask around and see.

Went through the drive through and asked for just an egg and cheese biscuit, sweet tea, and hashbrown. Got my sweet tea, and basically a biscuit with egg and cheese on the side. The biscuit itself is so crumbly, however thats not even the reason why I literally cant eat it. Who mashes together two large egg slices on bread and calls it a egg biscuit? I didn’t get my hash brown either even though it was SHOWN on the screen. Im not even a middle aged woman, but am 16 complaining about this place so if that doesn’t say something then I don’t know what does. Supposedly the couple that owns this place is super nice but maybe too nice to hire employees that don’t know what they’re doing. Below is how I received my biscuit. I didn’t even think it was a biscuit when I got it out of the bag. A 3 year old could stack a biscuit better than your employees can. I will not be back.

Terrible service. I pulled up first there was nobody there and I said hello five times and another person pulled up on the outside, and they took her order first. Then when they gave me the food the fries were burnt and almost old. I won’t be going back to that place again

Wouldn’t even give this 1 star but u have to to give a proper review so let’s just say I ordered a quater pounder from here today and it was raw in the middle this isn’t the first time this has happened at this same McDonald’s pretty sad how lazy the staff is there half the time they can’t even get the orders right probably won’t be visiting this McDonald’s anymore
