I did not expect to leave a 5-Star review at this Arby’s location at all today, but i feel too strongly about my experience not to. I’ve had poor experiences here in years past, however today, my family and I decided to give it another try. When I walked in, a friend in the area called me and said he has spun out in the snow and needed help. I didn’t have a shovel or anything in my car, so I asked if they had one I could borrow from the restaurant, and they were completely understanding and let me use the shovel. I was able to go rescue him and he was extremely grateful. I went back to Arby’s to return the shovel and they were all extremely friendly. We then ordered our food and got wonderful and lightning fast service. The food was incredible, on top of everything else. This location has 100% redeemed itself and has a very special place in my heart after being responsible for saving someone during a blizzard. I would leave so many more stars if possible.

Terrible service, barely even got half of what I ordered tonight I ordered a big cheese burger and it was a disaster. If you guys are going to have people work for you get people that actually want to work. Most of the people there stand around like they don’t want to be there. Like if you don’t like your job, quit and give it to somebody else that actually wants to work and can serve me some fast food.

Its really difficult to give a decent review about the food here when the service sucks so bad. The place is in no way busy and heaven forbid they get what we ordered out in a decent amount of time. The gentleman in the back cooking or preparing the food is literally on his phone. To make that worse, the manager behind doesn’t seem to care. Two meals, a number 1 and a number 2, 20 have gone by and yet we still wait. The sandwiches are currently sitting probably getting cold. Three employees, nobody in the drive-thru, and we wait.

Unacceptable this cost me over $2, what kind of portion is this I’ve never got a slider so small!!! I could have gone to McDonalds and got two mcChicken sandwiches for this price. I also had to pull up and wait. Come on I’m just a working man trying to get a quick bite on my break. Asking for management to reach out. No receipt either.

It’s 1120 am (lunchtime) they don’t have the lobby open for customers.. they don’t have the shake machine available.. also they didn’t have their new dessert cobbler roll up things ready… in waiting entirely to long.. way to be prepared for the lunch crowd.. very bad experience.. id say go elsewhere

I thought I’d give Arby’s on Broadmoor one more chance after my last order being incomplete and wrong. However they stayed consistent in their ability to do it wrong yet again!
Cheese I DID NOT order all over my Double Roast Beef! Not a single packet of Arby’s sauce regardless the fact I ordered extra packets!
Chicken Strips did not come with a single dipping sauce.
This wasn’t some custom crazy order just a bunch of lazy people who do not care and you think anyone would pick up the phone there… no!
Arby’s is some of my favorite places and this just makes me want to spit FIRE!

This is the second time we’ve gone to this location and they messed up our order both times. This time when I went inside to get what they forgot I’m pretty sure there was only one person working. The steak nuggets were completely burnt.

Arby’s…where’s the meat? Ordered a 2/$7 from the drive thru, didn’t check it until I got to work… chicken sandwich didn’t have any chicken and roast beef was cold (not even sure if it was cooked).
Checked receipt and it didn’t really print.
Drive thru workers were talking about going to work for Taco Bell. Unprofessional but didn’t think much of it until I realized the conversation was at the expense of cooking the roast beef and including the main ingredient for the sandwich.
Had issues with this location before yet after this I will never go back! Going to contact my card company to try and get my money back.

When walking in it looks nice, the food was what you would expect, however the bathrooms were disgusting and the fountain machine was on the fritz. There was dried pee all over the toilets in the womens room and the floor was sticky with urine. My husband used the mens room and also said it was disgusting.
