I usually have a pretty decent experience here with good customer service. Maybe once it took a while waiting for my order but mostly the service is pretty quick. Very clean! One of the best locations in Winston-Salem/Kernersville! Best sweet iced tea btw!!

Line was long pulling up. but that’s OK. My complaint was about the food. Not cooked well and not put together well at all. I ordered QUARTER POUNDER MEAL and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. Given wrong soda and the sandwich was not put together nicely and all my fries weren’t not golden crispy. more like golden soggy. how can that be? isn’t the fryer set on a timer? 10 piece chicken nuggets were not so hot half kind of cold. again how can that be? May have been busy. but I didn’t complain about that at all. The young lady working in the drive thru window was not a happy camper. I did not eat my soggy fries and only 4 chicken nuggets were hot. Jag Branch needs better night management.

I ordered a meal and asked to upgrade my drink to a large. The price seemed a bit high so I asked how much they charged for the large drink and was told that they were told by management to upgrade the whole meal. I didn’t want a large fry. I’ll know next time… So much for have it your way….

I can’t speak to how everything is at lunch or dinner but I stop at this location sometimes on the way to work for breakfast. The morning crew is fantastic. Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to for breakfast. Super fast in the drive thru. Order is always correct and the workers are friendly. Great job

Just horrible I orders a drink and it was something in my ice. When I told a lady who’s a manager by the way she acted like she didn’t care and didn’t even bother to offer me a refund or nothing. She tried to offer me another drink!! I had a DoorDash order here too and they were giving me attitude because they didn’t give me all the items. This one little Hispanic girl was ignoring as I was trying to call her to ask her about the order. Her and the manager went in the back and started speaking in Spanish when I started looking at them. When I finally asked the manager for a refund she acted like she didn’t want to do it

Food is good and coffee always hot .
Place is clean and well organized.
Few cons is that self serve machine never prints out receipts or is out of paper .
They also do not have the table markers to put on the table.
They do not bring the food to the table unlike other McDonald’s locations .

Went the the drive thru last Friday night. Ordered a double cheeseburger. I would not feed to my dog. Cold, cheese not even melted. If you can’t provide the same level of service you provide during the day just close at night.

Food was good, fries were warm and crispy. I did order 5 mcchickens and 5 mcdoubles, 3 large fries and 10 pc chicken nuggets at 12 am, they close at 1 am. While eating our meal, we discovered the following nice note from them… I would understand their frustration if I had ordered close to closing time but we ordered a whole hour before closing! Rude..

Look I am not the biggest McDonald’s fan but this location continues to impress me. My kids enjoy McDonald’s and this location consistently has fresh food, and great quality. Not perfect but hey thank you for getting orders right. Many places can’t seem to do that anymore. We will continue to come as long as the service and food remain consistent like they are. Many thanks to the staff here.
