I was so disappointed in their chicken sandwich…does not match their advertisement at all! I know, what place really does? But this was so gross it wasn’t funny and made me want to puke. The chicken was like rubber, the breading burnt, oily and disgusting! The lettuce left a bad taste in my mouth even over the rest of the nastiness. The only thing good was the curly fries. The soda was ok as far as sodas go, but they really need to learn to wipe down the cups before serving them, especially at the drive thru, people are going to be driving, luckily my husband and I pulled over to eat before going on, because we had to clean it off ourselves, as they were all sticky and wet. The burger he had, he said it was fine, but looked flat, bun and all like someone sat on it. The person at the window, I don’t blame him, but sadly wasn’t in a good humor or very happy, not very pleasant for being around customer service type situations.
My main complaint is to the company or whoever handles the chicken sandwiches, please, order better and find ones that actually are good. Please. Why are they so bad?! I miss a really good chicken sandwich, I swear I haven’t found a good one in years. Either advertise how they really look or stop selling them. It’s disgusting and sad.

I came through the drive through. Keegan was my drive thru attendant. He was polite, kind and used manners. I made it a point to compliment him and thank you for his service. We need more customer service just like he provided at the drive through menu board and at the window. Keep up the excellent work Keegan. It was my first time here.in a year or so and I’ll be back for this reason.

I stopped at Hardee’s on a Friday afternoon. The drive-through wasn’t busy, which made the visit quick and easy. My fries came out hot and fresh (always a win), and the quarter-pound cheeseburger was cooked well and tasted great. The staff at the window was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I didn’t order a drink this time, but overall, the visit was smooth, the food quality was solid, and the service left a good impression.

The last 2 times I’ve been here they’ve messed up our order. I always try to order a Monster Roast Beef with bbq sauce, and the first time they didn’t give bbq sauce (even though it said 2 packets on the receipt), and the second they gave me a bacon… burger? With mayo. My husband ordered two plain burgers and they gave him two burgers with lettuce tomato and mayo. Apparently they just give you whatever they feel like giving you lol.

I was passing through for business and stopped in for axquick bite to eat. The staff was not personable at all. Customer Service was poor. I will NEVER visit this establishment again! I would rather pay more and visit Culvers down the road that to spend my money here.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at drive but received a bacon egg and cheese ran into get it corrected and got a smoked sausage egg and cheese went back in again and finally got what I ordered and the biscuit was over cooked and crunchy. Very disappointed as I drove 45 minutes just to have this. Stopped 2 weeks ago for the same thing but no cheese. I really miss the one we had in my hometown of Wautoma for all the good food. Hoping they pick it up soon.

Arrived at 10:45a on Sunday, Lunch didn’t start until 11a. They made an acception for us since we were traveling which was wonderful. Also noticed that another staff member was wearing a beard cape when exchanging condiments, so that was reassuring to see the environment was kept clean.

Staff was busy flirting with each. The grill obviously hasn’t been cleaned in months. When I took back my hockey puck of a burger back I was told that how they are supposed to be. Frys tasted like really old fryer oil. Definitely avoid this place like the plague!!!
