Outstanding breakfast! I tried the Vanilla Iced Coffee here for the first time at this location, and I was blown away. It was perfectly balanced, smooth, and actually tasted like coffee with just the right amount of vanilla.
I’ve ordered this same drink at two other McDonald’s locations, and neither one came close to how well it was made here.
Great food, great service, and this location definitely stands out!

Purchased 2 snack wrap meal today. Soda machine was down again. When I took a bite of the wrap the lettuce inside was FROZEN. Not just one little piece. All of it. The inside of the wrap was getting soggy and mushy because the lettuce was melting against the warm chicken. Does this sound like it was $11 well spent? We generally go to this location often but the service and quality of the food has gone WAYYY downhill over the past 6 mths. If I stop at 9pm the wait in the drive thru is sometimes 15/20 min (no joke). Nights are TERRIBLE. There are only like 3/4 people that work there that are always pleasant and always seem to be going above and beyond and these people are not the managers. I dont generally leave bad reviews but this has just come to a head. Im no longer going to spend money here, I will stop at a different location.

I am done with wasting my money here. This is the second time they have messed up my sandwich. They would not want to eat what they serve. Ordered the special golden sauce bacon chicken deluxe, not having the bacon on it was the least of it’s problem. I’ll take the drive to the McDonald’s in High Point by the Palladium than come to this one and I live close to it. Done with this McDonald’s. They just stop trying, forget caring just even trying. One showing what I got versus what it should at least make an attempt to look like. I didn’t feel like wasting gas to go back.

I give this place two stars because every time I go through the drive-through it’s never a long wait. Other than that I will give it absolutely no stars every time I come the food taste old and soggy or greasy. I will return and ask them to make my food fresh sometimes it comes out fresh other times it feels like they just Waited and put it right back in the bag. Normally when I go to McDonald’s the food is hot and crispy the food here is always room temperature never fresh it’s always a disappointment I’ll drive the extra 3 to 4 miles just to get to another McDonald’s this one is terrible. Not to mention I asked the guy to make my food fresh and he kind of scoffed at me as if it was too much for me to ask.

That night manager is very unprofessional; she was saying F bombs as soon as the window opened, mind you, I had my children in the back seat! I requested for my order to be back separately and THE SAME MANAGER tosses my order out the window and closes the window. No, have a good night or thank you for coming. Very unprofessional and rude. When I looked into my bag to check my order , the manager bagged my order altogether, and placed four extra bags in my order. Pretty much saying, “Bag it yourself”. Truly an establishment I WON’T revisit.

So, this used to be one of the better McDonald’s locations but not anymore. I walked in and placed my order on the kiosk and waited. The shift manager comes running to front counter complaining to staff about not finding an order. None of the staff replies to him and just ignore him. Why am I telling you this? Because this manager iritates his staff to the point of letting the QP in the picture go out the door. This was around 6 PM on a Thursday.

Rude, rude, disrespectful talking about cars waiting while I was standing waiting. Had me wait over 10 mins for second order while other order in car and was determined to charge me for an extra syrup on my big breakfast meal. I told them ASAP I didn’t want 2 so I asked for $1.00 refund. She only returned $.53 cent. Now I have to go back they don’t apologize and seem agitated with their job. I will never eat here bypass this location if you don’t want disappointments.
