So apparently they have an issue with the chicken nuggets 4 piece kids meal when you order online. For whatever reason I had to cancel my order in the app, then go in the store and complete my order in person. It was weird but the employees for the most part were fairly decent and nice. They didn’t have any ice in the machine I guess it was broke. I was just passing through here , I don’t even live here, but I’d probably wouldn’t come back to this location.

This has to be one of the worse McDonald’s. The service is terrible. I ordered a QPC & Bacon I got a cheeseburger with 2 slices of cheese and 2 pickles no bacon no lettuce or tomato. It seems that with every visit things are worse. I sat at the window 10 minutes because they gave me my drink but didn’t say anything at all about my food. Finally someone shoved a bag out the window I checked for ketchup there wasn’t any, I waited another 8 minutes for someone to come back to the window she tried to hand me a bag of food. I guess I should have taken it looking now at what I was served. I can’t very well take it back seeing as how I went on my lunch break

It happens every single time. You can’t “customize ingredients” on the app to request Light Mac Sauce, so I had to drive all the way to the store to order on my lunch break. If it was just once or twice, I’d understand. This happens every time without fail. I feel like this is too much even for a normal big mac.

Very rude person. I never ever want to visit this place. If you don’t know how to talk with people, dont be at that job. So much disappointed. Its my worst experience in any of the McDonald. 0/100. I dont want to see that face again.

Hubby and I purchased two Cactus Plant Flea Market meals with a Big Mac and a Sprite. Also received the toy, Hamburglar. I enjoyed my meal. Thank You McDonalds for making us feel like a kid again.

With fast food it’s usually hit or miss. This location does good majority of the time, and the staff has always been friendly each time I’ve been there. The food tastes good majority of the time.

I went back and gotta say they were extremely understaffed with about 3 people working. The staff were EXTREMELY kind, requested us to park, we did and we waited for about 20 minutes, there was a extremely rude customer near us that went up to the window and started cussing a worker out trying to fight the worker all because she brought out food to someone that arrived there shortly after she did keep in mind size of order etc matters, anyway their food had finished before hers. Absolutely ridiculous how they treated that worker. And extremely appreciate how the worker handled the situation appropriately. Kindness always goes a long ways. And I will definitely be back at this location.

Won’t be going back to this location for a while. Deception isn’t cool. If your order is messed up, rip the food in half so they don’t try to act like they remade it. I cannot stomach pickles or the juice it makes me throw up, and they had the audacity to pluck them off and give the burgers back, and you can see the pickle indents from where they plucked them off the cheese. And the smell was absolutely disgusting. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the burgers but it didn’t really cross my mind.

I go here frequently and have dined in often. I have noticed that darker skinned blacks are treated differently than those with light skin tones. When I go in as a deep toned black person, there are no welcome greetings, no hellos, no smiles, no friendliness, no thank yous for my business. I am pretty much ignored, spoken to roughly, frowned at, treated as though I am invisible, but yet my money is well accepted. When a lighter skinned person or whites, behind me , step to do their orders,there is a whole change in attitude. The smiles come out, the politeness is seen, they become over the top friendly at the drop of a hat. As a result, I have pulled back from this MacDonalds. They don’t treat me like they appreciate or desire my business as a loyal customer. For me, Boycotting MacDonalds is real.
