The person who took the order at drive through wasn’t friendly I know she doesn’t cook she a cashier i believe she was a manager. all the food was cold and wrong we gave the wrong food back without touching it at the request of someone inside after we had pulled up to wait for the order in the first place. which was totally fine,we were given our correct order, but i just wonder who got that order. I know they aren’t supposed to take food back once it leaves the store. We offered to keep it and pay the difference and was told no give it back and don’t worry about the difference. I just found it strange. I do not have the receipt to go to the website as suggested. But my vist was today 2/3/26 between 230pm and 3pm. Went through drive through. They should never take food back after customer has taken it in the car. So did they resell it. We said we’d keep it and pay for the right order because the wrong order was paid for. They said No give the nuggets back and don’t worry about the pay!

Unfortunately the coffee is hit or miss with every cup even if your getting two of the exact same thing. The staff is amazing for the most part. The atmosphere really varies for the most part but there is definitely an overall feeling of unwelcomeness…this particular franchise owner is all about the “give us your money and get out” attitude which ultimately costs a place their business though he doesn’t seem to care. It seems like he’s just riding it until he can’t squeeze another dime out. McDonald’s in general doesn’t seem to customer oriented when your posting signs giving them time limits on how long they have to eat and get out …so tacky and trashy.

First, if you order two quarter pounders, what they would do is first give you a burger that is raw inside, and for the second order, they would give you a second burger that is raw inside. And also, when you put the burger as ‘plain and cheese,’ what they would do is put everything that you said they should not put on the burger, on the burger itself in general. And when you go back there to ask for a refund or for them to remake it, they would give you attitude and pretty much shout at you. Never order from this McDonald’s. It’s the worst one of all time. I’m telling you, stay clear away from this McDonald’s, and I will never be eating from this McDonald’s ever again.”

Ordered a TRIPLE cheeseburger last night through uber eats. This is what I got. Not a piece of meat in sight. How do you forget THREE times? Missing one patty okay sure mistakes happen but to have zero meat on a triple cheeseburger is WILD. I knew when I picked the burger up it wasn’t right so how do you make this, wrap it, pick it up and put it in a bag and not realize?? I just can’t understand it.

Great McDonald’s location. One of the best fast food breakfasts with hash browns, biscuits, and breakfast burritos. They also have amazing lunch and dinner options with chicken nuggets and fries that are next to none. You can also order ahead for pickup at the store. They also have handicap accessible restrooms, parking, and seating inside.

I’ve had enough at this location!! Come here about 3/4 days a week on my lunch break since I work close by. Always something here, order a 6 pc nuggets and get 4 , order a 4 pc you’ll get 3 maybe 2 .. Ice-cream machine must never get cleaned because ive tried twice a shake and both times ive thrown it away including today !!! Kids working there with attitude and again seems like they feed out of customers order because always short. Anyways corporate should get all new staff or might as well close this location down.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered breakfast on DoorDash and when my driver got there they refused to make my order because breakfast time had passed. If my order was placed in time and you have what I ordered then my order should be made. I paid in advance. THE FRIES ARE ALWAYS COLD. Every-time I order from this location I end up disappointed. Today I ordered the sweet tea lemonade and it was sour. It tasted like it had no sweet tea. They used too much of the lemon puree which is very sour. Only a small amount is supposed to be at the bottom of the cup. They are not making it according to the instructions so they are messing up people’s drinks and wasting the restaurants inventory at the same time. This location needs better management.

The guy taking my order sounded depressed and as I continued ordering for my family of 5 he seems annoyed and tired yet sir I am not forcing you to work here it’s your job to take an order. I come to this one somewhat often because it’s close to home but still kid always sounds miserable
