Service was grand. Courteous and charming. The wings were flavorful to be sure, however, after gnawing on 4 out of ten I gave up. They were TOUGH & RUBBERY. The atmosphere in the bar was friendly with a neighborly feel. I’d recommend this place in a pinch if “I had no other pace to go. I’ll go back in a couple months to check in on the menu and update this post for you.

A friend told us about the place the wife and I went and ordered a pizza to go. We ordered at the registrar. Tuesday 6pm ish. Very busy. We Order half Brooklyn heights unlimited and other half Maui wowee. Very good pizza made to order.. No long wait. Awesome service.

The food here is always spot on and they make great drinks. Happy hour is excellent and we love that the servers are younger and have been given employment opportunities. Their trains is excellent as the staff really does a great job! Great place to watch a game!

First time we were there pizza and service was good. Second time we arrived and server took our order and when she served it demanded as apologizing that we pay her right then as her shift was over and she wanted her tip. We hesitated, but she stood there waiting so we gave her our credit card. She came back a couple minutes later to finish as we just took our first bite and made us stop to pay her. She assured us someone would help us after she left, no one bothered to come over to serve us as one did replace her. We vowed to never go there early again to avoid her. The third time we went there and asked to sit in a booth as I had medical issues and not able to sit in a bar chair. They said the tables available could only be used for large parties. No one was waiting. We asked for the manager and he just said that is our policy (although we have sat there twice). As we left the manager said sarcastically “have a nice day”.

Great place,Amazing food,friendly staff. The only complaint I have probably has to do with training. The wait staff just doesn’t look up. Every time I come in here I have to fight to get eye contact. Great people,friendly,good service once you have their Attention,it’s just that one hiccup.

Brooklyn Heights is breaking away from the tired norm of overpriced, underwhelming pizza spots. It offers GIANT portions for awesome prices. Giant slice for $6, Huge family salad for $12. Half price apps and wings during happy hour!
Lots of screens, plenty of seating, bar area and laid-back staff.
Definitely enjoy the bacon-wrapped, stuffed jalapeños (firecrackers?) But avoid the Philly Cheesesteak (flavorless/bland)

Such a relaxing place and wow, the price on a cheese single slice is well worth it. I can say 3 of us had lunch for under $25, and we took leftover home. Where can you do that now days. Come by and ask for Krystal the bar tender. She is so amazing.

We LOVE going to Brooklyn Heights as a regular spot. I am gluten free, and they are always very accomodating with their menu items to ensure that I am taken care of. The wings are my favorite, followed by the salads, and the GF pizza, and of course I love their frozen margaritas. But mostly the thing that keeps us coming back is how nice everyone there is! The bartenders, the managers, and even the server assistants are all so kind and willing to give you top-notch service that it makes it a very fun experience overall. (We really like sitting in the bar area)Thank you Brooklyn Heights!

The service – A+, the buffalo wings were as tough as a Georgia boot. The bar area is a sports bar. The dining area is more like a cafeteria. It’ll do in a pinch until they improve the food served. Beer was cold.

Stopped by with a group for lunch today. We ordered a large pizza…… half pepperoni, half black olive…and several salads and soft drinks. The place is large and clean with dining in either a full-service bar area or a dining area. Service was attentive and prompt. Prices are reasonable if not cheap. We enjoyed the pizza a great deal and the salads were a hit as well, so I believe you would find the quality of the food to be very good. They offer a wide variety on their menu: salads, sandwiches, entrees, steaks etc etc..the only reason I didn’t award 5 stars was the dozen or more TV’S throughout the restaurant. It lends a sports bar atmosphere that I was not expecting or looking for. Other than that, stop by for some tasty food and maybe an adult beverage.
