This review is for the Big Arch Burger! What can I say…it is the ish!
I had one yesterday afternoon as I have been waiting for the release of this new burger (as a burger connoisseur) ☺️. It exceeded my expectations. The burger patties were seasoned just right. The buns were soft. The tangy sauce, crispy onions, and white cheddar took this over the edge! I would definitely have another one in the near future. However, it is such a huge burger that once you eat one, you will not eat anything else for the remainder of the day McDonalds needs to keep this iconic burger on the menu indefinitely!!

If I could give this particular mcdonalds 5 negative stars…that would still be too good. First of all, waited way more than I should have, considering people came in after me and were served first. Second of all, I asked for mayonnaise and was told, “I would totally give that to you, but dont know where it is. Finally, large fry…less than half way full and a burger that looked like it was eaten, regurgitate and put on the bun. This was by far the absolute worst mcdonalds experience of my existance!!!

The food is enriching to the soul and the customer service is enough to brighten one’s year. Visiting here provides an unforgettable, life-changing experience that I will tell my grandchildren about. To the woman that threw sweet and sour sauce at my husband through the drive through window, I sincerely hope we were the last ones this happened to. We were very nice and polite and asked for sweet and sour sauce. When she rudely said “no” we offered to pay and she said that they could not take payments and the second window. When my husband said “okay, thank you” & proceeded to drive off, she threw the sauce at our car. I have NEVER experienced such rude behavior from anyone ever before. We have contacted corporate in hopes that this does not happen to anyone else.

I asked for my food to be made fresh and they put it in the microwave. My bread was very hard and I am pissed. They act like they couldn’t hear me on the phone. I called 10+ times. I told her I was driving on the highway so she made sure she waited bout 15 mins. to say she can hear me. He’ll by that time I was hitting High Point. She ( Laura) i think that’s her name, well it starts with a L, anywhere, she gonna ask me to turn around and come back after 15- 20 mins. He’ll no, I wasn’t turning around. She was very unprofessional, nasty attitude, and don’t care about the custers. All she had to say when I first called to bring it back, I would have gladly turned around, but, she waits til I’m hitting High Point. All I could say is WOW! Won’t be going back there anymore

Used mobile app and paid $20 cash and got handed back .25 cents on 2 Carmel frappes. Be careful! New or not, that isn’t a good look.
The manager come over and corrected change that was owed But just be careful and make sure you get your correct change!!! I have worked customer service for years, retail etc. and never once would I tell someone to pull to next window for the manager if I knew I was right about change owed etc. might need to check over something isn’t right or needs some more training on how to work the register and do basic math.
Will not be back to this McDonald’s don’t take to kindly to someone trying to take/steal money I have worked hard for. Just like I’m assuming the same cashier wouldn’t appreciate someone trying to screw him over either.

I got a couple of milkshakes for the kids. Both milkshakes were wrong, wrong flavors and size. I went inside asked them for the milkshake I ordered. I showed her the receipt. She proceeded to angrily tell me that she is going to have to throw out the 2 milkshakes that were wrong and that is going to drive up food cost and that I should go inside next time and not order milkshakes through the drive through. I don’t have a problem ordering milkshakes inside if that is how McDonald’s does milkshake. There is no signs on the drive though saying that customers should order milkshakes inside. I don’t know if corporate is getting on their employees about food cost being up. But, it’s not the customers fault. I had the receipt with the correct order on the receipt. It wasn’t my fault that the wrong milkshake was made. I don’t think that it’s an unfair ask for a costumer to go inside and kindly explain that a mistake happened and ask for the employee to fix their mistake.
To be met with this angry response was completely uncalled for.

Showed up at midnight after a movie not expecting much in the way of service, but the person at the window was so friendly and helpful! Couldn’t find where to order a cup of water on the app, and they ended up just giving me one at the window after I explained the issue. Kind and easy going staff to the point I felt the need to leave a review, also tossed in some fries that I assume someone never picked up but who cares. Would leave 6 stars if I could, shoutout to the team member with the blue shirt and glasses!!!
