This is a new McDonald’s and let me tell you!! It! Is! Phenomenal!!! The employees are attentive and friendly. I messed up my own drink order, but they fixed it any way with a smile on their face. I love the design footprint, they should use it for all McDonald’s. It’s classy and efficient. They even had a cute centerpiece on each table! Not to mention outside dining options under umbrellas!!So inviting and sweet.

This place is about a three and a half for me. I have been here many times and have gotten decent food, decent service and the place is extremely clean. It is a better run McDonald’s than local ones. It is great for a quick bite but you may end up waiting a while.

The workers are awesome if you go through the drive through. I just don’t care for ordering on a screen and waiting for my food to be put in a window. Not saying the workers are bad but you don’t see them. I wish I had got the young girls name that waited on me, she was so sweet

The food was good it always is however I always seem to be missing something from there. When I told the guy that asked me what happened I was missing a medium fry he apologized and went to get it the ones in the back were like it was there he said there were 2 and the ones in the back made it seem like I was lieing I said I have the receipt on my app. And they got quite. Not very professional to automatically assume that when a customer is missing something they are lieing.

The girls up front were nice but the wait is long and the food was cold and thrown together. The person ahead of me didn’t get a bottom bun. My fries and burger were cold. There was no ice in the fountain drinks. I just hope I don’t get sick. Be careful at this McDonald’s. Also it is $2 more than the other McDonald’s in the area and it has the absolute WORST food. 10 years ago I wouldn’t mind if my food came out like that cause it was cheap and i knew I was getting cheap. Now the prices have doubled and the service has cut in half.

Ordered the new Barbecue Bacon quarter pounder. Burger was beyond burnt to the point it was chewy. I tried to finish it but it made me feel sick. Definitely not worth the $8. Employee got an attitude when I requested the amount of sauce I PAID for.

Not sure what is going on at the Mayodan NC McDonald’s, but had one of the worst experiences this morning. I ordered the breakfast platter on my mobile app, pulled to the ordering station to wait about 4 minutes then pulled to the window to be pulled up to rail to wait for order. I waited for 18 minutes for them to bring me a scramble egg, a sliver of bacon, an overdone biscuit and a hash brown.
