This McDonald’s is a joke. First, as I’m ordering my food, the lady taking my order starts talking to a co worker and says I know she just didn’t sneeze into her hand! Talking about an employee working. Then I order and get to the window, I ordered both drinks with lite ice, they were slammed full. Then I ordered and paid for a bacon egg and cheese with scrambled egg and add tomato. It was not scrambled and there was no tomato which I paid for. Then they left out a hash brown. Is working at a fast food place this hard?? This was my first place of employment at 15 and I did better than these adults are currently. When you know better you do better!!! I will be coming by for a full reimbursement. Y’all’s work skills and customer service sucks!! However, the gentleman that handed me my food was the only person that seemed to know what they were doing! He was very sincere about the issues.

I don’t really write reviews but I just had to with this one. I went here and got burgers and had gotten 2 quarter pounders with in the order. When I got back home and went to eat there was nothing but pink and red all in the meat. It was brown enough to make it look like the burger was fully cooked but it wasn’t. It was all red and I couldn’t even eat it. Not only that but the wait for the drive though was 30 minutes long. Nobody was friendly. All in all it was just a bad experience.

EDITED 8/20/23:: this place is going right down the tubes. Food is getting worse. Service is getting worse. We come here over other places in town but it looks like we’ll have to stop this too. I attached a pic of my burnt nuggets that I was told they couldn’t do anything about. I understand there’s been a worker shortage and that good help is impossible to find and I’ve tried giving leniency for that but this is getting ridiculous

The male with a mustache server in the drive tru who took my order is very RUDE he didn’t know how to take handle a coupon. He told me to leave he said “GOODBYE! and even though the manager is good with the coupon the same server who was rude at the drive tru gave me my order with the single quarter pounder instead of the double quarter pounder I ordered and I payed for. We had a large order and they got it right! First time its ever happened at any McDonalds. This is our first time here. The gentleman that brought the order out was very nice and spoke to my daughter who told him thank you. The order came out the fastest it ever has anywhere and the food was hot and delicious. This is our new favorite McDonalds. We will be visiting here again. We are very pleased with the food, our service and speed. Thank you!

My son has been there 4x to try the Grimace meal.. and they never have the purple shake, so they won’t sell it to him with a different drink… So we’re missing out on this deal, because everyone hates making shakes.. Just ridiculous.. fries are always cold, they always always mess up my daughters big mac.. I stop going to the Mayodan N.C one because of the same reason, anddddd The guy in the first window is the worst.. Impolite, never says hi, bye or nothing… Oh ,and the wait time is RIDICULOUS!!
