The last 6 times I’ve been thru the drive thru my order was either wrong or missing at least 2 items. If you need a fork with your meal, you had better bring one from home because they will not put one in the bag, even when you ask, “Is there a form in the bag?” and they reply, “yes.” There isn’t.

I had some issues with an order. Some food missing, sauces not in bag, no straws, just generally messed up my order. They gave us our large order in 1 bag. When we got out of the car, the bag ripped and our food ended up in the driveway. I called and spoke to the manager that was on duty, Trey. He was very kind and promised to replace our order. 2 days later, I went to pick up the order. The manager on duty said she wouldn’t do it and she called the general manager. They put me on the phone with her and she basically called me a liar. I will go out of my way to bypass this McDonald’s and give my business to another one.

They were very slow, but they were also busy. Whoever makes the sandwich doesn’t care about their job i guess because both sandwiches were haphazardly assembled. Fries were fresh .

My hubby and I just stopped for a quick lunch, and we were blown away!
To begin with, the employees at both windows were very pleasant! Something we are not used to being from Tennessee!
The food was amazing! Buns were so soft! Meat was actually juicy! We can’t remember the last juicy McDonalds burger we’ve had! Fries were fresh, hot, and crispy!

Order the biscuit and gravy. The biscuits are 1/4 in thick worst excuse for a biscuit I’ve ever seen. Barely enough gravy to cover them and cost almost 5 bucks. This place needs to step it up

This place is a joke and they best be glad I’m giving them three stars it takes forever to get thru the drive thru it’s not fast at all I will say the employees are always friendly but Everytime we have been there they screw our order up we either don’t get what we ordered or we didn’t get an item this happens Everytime and the food is never fresh it’s always cold or has been sitting out for awhile like the fries for instant never hot always overly salted chicken nuggets are rubbery never hot and there burgers are overly sauced to much ketchup and mustard over powers the burger it’s just not good at all and overly expensive for just two burgers fries and two drinks almost 30.00 that’s ridiculous

Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. As you can see, my Big Mac is not only a mess, by the sauce was all over the bag. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with Oreos and whipped cream added, got an Oreo ice cream because there was no hot fudge. Ordered cheeseburgers with no onions and lo and behold, there were onions. I should’ve known it would be wrong since it didn’t take 20 minutes to get my food.

Summerville McDonalds is probably the best of all I’ve been to. Order was correct I was supplied with plenty of napkin and staff super friendly even helping give me the discount after my app glitched and lost my code. Not many McDonalds goes above and beyond as this one did.

Getting a frappe or espresso is almost a guaranteed problem, every time. I probably won’t be going back for a while due to rudeness of staff as well.
