This place smells so good, as soon as you open the door. I think it is from all the sizzling fajita platters. Turned out everything was good, not just Fajitas.
Calamari – surprisingly good. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The best so far as calamari can get chewy when it is overcooked.
Cerviche – not bad.
Beef Fajitas- flavorful, just a little bit more done than my preference but still good
Chicken Mole – really good and tender white meat but I wished it was dark meat.
Desserts:
Lava cake – very good
Churros – yummy

Great casual Mexican restaurant serving up fresh homemade classics. Portions are good and will leave you full especially with the unlimited freshly made tortilla chips. Staff are friendly and interestingly send you off at the end of the meal with a “see you tomorrow” greeting. Prices are reasonable for the area and seating is plenty both inside and out. Free parking in lot. We ordered the taco fiesta for 2 which had a selection of meats and 6 tortillas to make your own tacos. Beans and rice were very fresh.

In town from Missouri for a golf tournament. Looked on Google maps and noticed Fresh Agave was highly rated and close to where we were staying. Stopped in, quickly greeted and seated. The waiter answered our questions with depth and description. I ordered the Carnitas Gwadalajara, the food came probably within 5 minutes-no joke. The food was as hot, the plate was hot and I’m not sure anything could have been better. Food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We came here for an early dinner after a round of golf in Palm Desert. We were able to park right in front, and got a seat on the front patio without waiting. There was a large selection of cocktails (especially margaritas) and food items – it was difficult to pick as they all sounded delicious. Service was quick and efficient, the food was delicious and every meal that was delivered to the other tables was also inviting. A great choice for a casual meal. It seemed very popular because the restaurant was full when we left.

Amazing experience! Went with my mom and my aunt and we had such a lovely time. Our drinks came out in record time (were quite strong) and our server Arturo was phenomenal. The salsa was spicy but I could not stop!! So fresh and tasty. I had the enchiladas and they were so delicious. Tacos were very well received as well. Rice and beans complimented my meal nicely. Great portions. Can’t wait to be back!!

The establishment features an outdoor patio with misters; the staff were friendly and provided a wide selection of food, including gluten-free options. While my chile relleno was satisfactory, the rice and beef were dry. The beans were flavorful, and the fajita burrito was excellent. Although somewhat pricey, the generous portions of rice and beans compensated. I would consider dining there again.

An excellent place for dinner. We sat outside as it was a little quieter and the weather was perfect. The veggie tacos were perfect and the La casa ground beef burrito was fantastic. The chips were super crunchy and the salsa blended delightfully. We are very glad we stopped here for dinner and I highly recommend if you are looking for some amazing Mexican food drop in here.

Place had a 20-minute wait for the inside, but immediate service if you sat on the back patio. It was 630p and 108° but the patio is covered and they had some fans for airflow.
Drinks came quickly but omg the speed of the food arriving was incredible! Definitely under 10 minutes. I asked how they got it so fast and the server said “we knew you were coming.”
For fun, we decided to order a dessert and take bets on the quickness– it was delivered in 3 minutes!
