I visited this McDonald’s on a Wednesday evening. They were grossly understaffed. After they gave me the wrong sandwich (single instead of a double) and cold fries, they remade everything. Total time from placing the order until receiving the correct order – 40 minutes.
This happens frequently at this location, indicating gross mismanagement. They are frequently short staffed, which requires the already overworked staff to work even harder. I can’t imagine how low employee morale must be at this location. When I finally got my food, it was excellent. I’m giving them an additional star because the shift manager was very sorry and made sure I finally got my order with freshly prepared food. If you have plenty of time and lots of patience, come on by.

Me and my group of friend’s where passing through and decided to stop here for food. The food was fresh but they gave me 8 nuggets instead of 10 and they got my friend’s order completely wrong. I dont think I’d recommend stopping here and if you do make sure to check your food before you pull out.

I just ate the freshest burger I’ve ever eaten at a McDonald’s. It tasted great and like actual food. Usually McDonald’s seems like some kind of food-like product, but this was actually good and was fresh and hot and tasted like a real cheeseburger cooked by a person. All the stars for this location. That should send this staff around the country training other stores. I’m amazed!

The customer service at this McDonalds is superior. Food was served fresh. Dining areas very clean and employees were cleaning. Food served to your table!

I walked in to get my order and waited at least ten minutes to order and there wasn’t any one in front of me. They didn’t have anyone at the register. My order came up and it sat on the counter for at least fifteen minutes and then a employee ask me if I was waiting on something else. They did remake my order because I said it was cold. I have been there before because I stop on my way when I go in that direction. The service was always good on my other visits. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bisket and with tax it cost $5.12 which is ridiculous.

They never get a order right or open at the right times in the morning. One drive thru worker is very rude and doesn’t get things right. Half of a large coffee is what she gave us 2 days in a row.

This place used to be a hole in the wall. Lately McDonalds is where it’s at. They have stepped up there game, and i’m not complaining. I come to this location once a week and its always busy and the food is great.

We waited 15 minutes to get our food. They left out a part of the order, but I didn’t ask for it because the employees were on the struggle bus. Every trash can was overflowing. No napkins, no ketchup, no tea. We’re rude when I asked for ketchup. Pickup counter was covered with employee personal belongings and cleaning supplies. Restrooms were dirty and out of paper towels. Wet floor signs all over for no reason. And it wasn’t like they were short staffed there were 10 employees walking around in and out the restroom for no apparent reason.
