I’ve never seen a McDonald’s who’s shake machine is ALWAYS “broke down”. They usually get orders right but there’s always a chance it’s screwed up so you have to check it before leaving the drive thru or parking lot.

Both of the Waynesburg McDonald’s are horrible. The management is snarky and vile, the food is sub par for even McDonald’s. They won’t honor other McDonald’s coupons either! From what I understand these are both private franchise owned restaurants. The owners need to shape up or ship out. Ordered a steak egg and cheese mccgriddle with no onion. They put a no-onion sticker on it and it has a lot onions more than normal! I didn’t realize it until I got home then it was too late. Never eating there again they always screw something up. How hard is it to follow a screen?

Went in. No one in lobby to be waited on. A girl said she would be right with me. After about 5 minutes I was waited on. Then a 10 minute wait. Drive thru wasn’t that busy. While eating I saw 2 people take back orders that was wrong. The time was1 o’clock in the afternoon.

Very rude employees Mannington McDonald’s. I called in my order as it was a very large order being placed during prime time hours (which I have done many, many times at the Shinnston location when I lived closer to that location with no issues) this time during my first attempt to call in the order at the Mannington location, the gentleman who answered the phone gave me a price followed by “You can place your order at the drive thru when you get here.” He then hung up the phone.

These people were as slow as turtles, 13 minutes after placing the order we got our food to sit down inside. The drive thru people were getting theirs first. The food after the 13 minute wait was cold, unsalted fries and the Big Mac looked like a double cheese burger with lettuce on it. They don’t even deserve 1 star!
