The lady working the drive thru on 2/10/26 around 4-5pm was under the influence of something very strong. We received 1/3 of our food and what we got was wrong. The people in front of us left without their order because they waited so long also. Horrible service. We love KFC. It’s a shame to see the mccomb one hires people who can’t even function.

As soon as I parked, I was hit with an awful smell coming from some drainage by the entrance. I should have known then that things would go wrong. I picked up my order and went home. Once home, I realized they gave me one order of fries instead of two orders of wedges and a cole slaw was missing. I have no clue what kind of wings they gave me, but they definitely weren’t OG BBQ and every wing was a soggy half done catastrophe! It looked like they just tossed the chicken in the bucket, as they put the legs on the bottom and they were smashed by the larger pieces. I attempted to call the store 4 times and didn’t receive an answer. I finally contacted customer service via the app and received a partial refund.

This place horrible food/staff etc. Went there twice this month and was missing food both times (my bad for not checking) but went this Saturday 9/27/25 to pickup food for my daughter’s birthday party and it was missing a 10 tenders and the bucket of chicken was cooked to a crip. It was so bad the bone was showing on the legs. I even asked the girl that handed me my food was it all there because last time the forgot 2 orders of tenders and biscuits. She said i dont know i dont cook the food ♂️ i should’ve know it was doomed to be wrong right then. So i wouldn’t suggest to go there anytime soon till they can get better people that care to work at this location.

On 12/30/21, I ordered an 8 pc meal with mac instead of coleslaw and 4 plain chicken sandwiches. I asked to substitute the thighs for breasts with an upcharge. Before leaving, we discovered none of my sandwiches were plain and they fixed it. When we got home and opened the bucket, there were 3 breasts, 2 thighs, 1 leg, and 2 wings. Instead of mac, we were given another container of mashed potatoes. I will check my food from there next time and not depend on good service. (One wing and leg not pictured–already flown the bucket onto my husband’s plate)

Up until today I’ve always given a 4 star. Until the window worker doesn’t want to be there and its reflected in her customer interactions. Until I paid $13 for a 3pc meal got wrong sides I ASKED FOR MAC AND CHEESE NOT POTATOES AND GRAVY and no spork to eat it with. So thanks for having me spend $13 on 2 thighs a leg and a drink. Fire that window worker. She doesn’t want to be there anyway and is definitely hurting sales. Cuz I won’t be back for a while.
