By far the dirtiest mcdonalds i have been to in my life. The floor was dirty as hell, all the tables were sticky, one table even had like curly pieces of hair which resembled strands of pubic hair. My husband almost threw up. Receipts all over the floor, toilet paper as well. We actually all felt like throwing up while we ate. Not a single table was wiped down. Lastly Fries were rock hard- not fresh. Avoid – go to the next stop.

the woman taking our order had no clue what she was doing. i had to repeat my order multiple times and it was still wrong when we received it. the guy at the window was very nice. we did have to pull into lane one and waited 15 minutes for our order. when a women came to give us our order she shoved it through the window saying “have a nice day” and then was yelling at someone on her cellphone. for as long as we waited the food was cold.

Ordered an iced coffee and got 2 extra Carmel, and chocolate plus Carmel chocolate drizzle. It was ok, wasn’t very flavorful. Might have been an off day. It did look pretty.

Jumped off the interstate to grab a quick bite on the evening of 8/17/23. First of all there was nothing quick about this visit. Took about 15 minutes to receive my order. The fries were half cooked, soggy and soaked in grease. After returning them the replacement order was received overcooked, greasy, hard and sticking together 3 or 4 in a clump. The entire crew appeared to have little training, little experience, and no clue, while the manager was intent on performing menial tasks and unavailable to provide guidance to the crew. All the while the crew was running amuck and vocalizing about everything that was going wrong almost as if they were asking for help. This would have been funny if it weren’t so sad. Not the crews fault. From my perspective the manager did not display the skill set necessary for the position.

This is the first time I have ever left an online review. After walking into this place it forced me to Google this locations reviews. They are spot on. This place is utterly disgusting. The floors have not been cleaned in weeks to months. The mess on the floor did not happen in one days business, nor one weeks business. McDonald’s, you should be ashamed to allow this location to stay open. It’s a health hazard. A comment posted here about the employees clothing, absolutely correct. Employees shirts and pants look like they haven’t been washed in weeks. Someone needs to flag this location. My photos would not capture the greasiness of the floors. Again, it’s disgusting!

I came in mid lunch all I ordered was a QP meal and a dbl cheeseburger. Well there was atleast 4 managers (I think cause they had regular polos with no emblem) on duty. The one walked by me 5x they were all too concerned about the drive through. Then I went closer to the counter after about 12 minutes from placing my order and again I WAS IGNORED. I finally asked the girl at the counter about my order and she took upon herself to get it together. If anyone deserves a star for the day its her and the so called management team needs to be retrained specially on customer service.

Frappe machine- broke. No mayonnaise. No muffins. Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee. They forgot. Asked for a receipt so I could call in a review, they said the printer was broke. Manager then got an attitude about being short staffed.

Weston WV I ordered a lunch #7, two cheeseburger (no onions) meal and a large drink, didn’t check the food before leaving bc the receipt was correct. went clear back to my office only to find that only one of the two tiny cheeseburgers were made without onion! If this type of error didn’t happen nearly every time I order here, I probably wouldn’t have left a review

We stopped here to get a burger on our way to the beach and will never stop here again. First we waited for longer than you should at a fast food restaurant. Second they got the order wrong and third the burgers were dry, burnt and did not contain any onion or pickles!!! We just wasted 20 bucks of our beach money on food we couldn’t even eat!!! So our entire meal is in the garbage can and we are still hungry. And don’t even ask about the restroom
