We dropped by this Mcdonalds in Anmoore for a quick bite during our 9 hour drive home. A little understaffed in a small town the day after New Years. The cashier took our order and gave us a table tent to place on the table. When our food was ready, it was the same cashier who brought us the food. Great service.

Went to the outside lane to order because there was someone in the inside lane so we sat there and sat there and sat there while they took the orders of two other cars that pulled into the inside lane well after we sat there and waited in the outside lane. When there was no one else in the inside lane and I yelled hello 3 times at there speaker, someone finally took my order. Then the older man that handed me our food, under his fingernails were black and his hands looked filthy! I had not been to McDonald’s since around 8 years ago and now i remembered why. McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customers or the food they serve them or how the employees that serve their customers. This was my last time ever ever ever ordering anything from McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s has to have the rudest drive thru worker ever. Currently their drive thru menu on lane two isn’t working. I didn’t know if they were aware of it soon kindly told her that the menu wasn’t working so I didn’t know what I wanted and asked if they had any menus. She responded in the nastiest of tones “I know my menu is busted!” Needless to say we pulled off and went next door to chick fil a. I get it that it’s annoying that you have to repeat yourself but we don’t deserve to be treated like this. Avoid this place

Well ordered for delivery through another company and received 2 Apple pies minus the apples. Not one to complain but that’s pretty pathetic and my Aunts night was already a mess only added more aggravation. It seems so petty to complain but paying for food and not being able to get it is not cool for me. Love to see better service

Place was filthy and crowded, people were walking out due to nobody taking their orders. Managers yelling about food and something about times, drama with employees, arguing. Asked manager what was taking so long, was ignored and someone else was unhappy manager told them to “leave the restaurant please” everything was being handled poorly. One employee was sent home while people were waiting for their food. Talked to the gentleman that was i guess let go, he politely explained the problem and apologized. I counted six employees, four of them were standing up front waiting “for food” i guess nobody was preparing the food for whatever reason. Whole place was just crap shoot. I waited over 10 MINUTES for food which is ridiculous, someone else was waiting over 20 minutes just for nuggets. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper. No tea in the lobby, sprite and root beer don’t work. Trash all over the lobby. Only thing good was the food that i eventually got.

I want to thank Caleb and their teammates for providing excellent service during night shift on 08/26/2025. They provided me with the service I wanted ( a happy meal and a double cheese burger) in under 10 minutes. I had just come from the Bridgeport McDonald’s where I had waited at the drive thru screen for 10 minutes. This service definitely made my family’s night and we will come back again! The day that I went it was disgustingly dirty and unorganized. It was 656pm, I chose to go inside because both drive thru lanes were long. There was clutter of dirty tools and Mcflurry crumbs all over one counter. Their drive thru lanes were long and yet somehow I received lukewarm, some dry some soggy fries. Went to get my drink and one drink station was out of order, the other had splashes of cola all over it and the orange hi c was water. Went for sweet tea instead and found it to be without a lid in its storage container, almost empty, black specs in it and the ticket date on it off when it was placed there was 11am. I’m told their tea isn’t fresh brewed so the black specs couldn’t have been tea grounds. Lastly the drain area in the leak tray was slimy, black and disgusting looking. No way it got that gross in one day. I wrote corporate and they gave my info to the local franchise owner who left message to call him but so far I’ve left messages and no return call. I think it’s good to go into McDonald’s every now and then to see how clean it dirty it is.

This place was a hot mess when I pulled up the lady told me just to drive right thru without even offering my receipt. And then they get my order wrong, like how hard is it to read plain extra patty and cheeze. And on top of all that they just threw it all together in the box. I’m very disappointed in this McDonalds.
