The plate says it all!! We frequent here at 110 Grill Fall River and have been regulars now for a few years. Service is always phenomenal and the food is always consistently phenomenal! All of the girls are great so you could really ask for any server and get great service. Lavinia, Aliya, Annika, Caly, Kyndra, Cynthya, Destiny, and Alexia are all great!!

This restaurant group does a phenomenal job meeting gluten free needs. This is not the first 110 Grill we have visited. The food has been consistent at all four locations. Aliya was our server and she was outstanding. Attentive and did a superb job telling us more about the restaurant and the rewards program. And she has such a bubbly, friendly personality. We are not in Fall River often, but if we came again, we would ask for Aliya.

Ordered a whole BBQ flatbread (pizza) for pickup 2/16/2026 for dinner. It was unceremoniously shoved in two boxes, both of which were too small. The pizza was randomly cut so some “pieces” had no crust. See pictures below where what I received looked nothing like the picture on the menu. 110 Grill should be embarrassed.

It felt a lot colder inside than outside. We had a bad experience here in the past and decided to give this location a second chance before our movie.
We started out with drinkw and an appetizer. The Cajun yellow fin tuna. They didn’t have any, then they had it? It was brought to our table and right away you could tell this was an old piece of tuna that had been sitting out for a while.
It was mommyfied, they didn’t even bother to even cut out off dry old crust. I would of never served this. We didn’t feel safe eating it. Took so long week where unable to order dinner.
We decided to go next door for dinner.
But come on they also should of been more observant of the food they’re severing seeng it wasnt right and returned it. Not hope the customer dosen’t notice.

the food came out hot, fresh, and tasted amazing!!! our servers name was annika, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. her service was on point the entire time she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. she really made the experience enjoyable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. definitely one of the best service experiences i’ve had.

My friend and I had a fantastic meal at 110 Grill Fall River! We both ordered different dishes, and they were equally amazing. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, served with perfectly crispy fries. The pasta was another highlight—creamy, delicious, and full of rich flavor. The portions were generous, and everything was beautifully presented. The modern, inviting atmosphere and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. It was a great experience, and we can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

The wife and I go out to eat usually once or twice a month and it’s honestly been a very long time since we had such a helpful, attentive and caring server. Destiny was truly fantastic. Normally I don’t do surveys but I’ll make an exception for her. The Fall River location has an absolute gem in a server and needs to retain her. Give her a raise!

Unless you want to get severely sick from consuming raw turkey or chicken, dont eat here. They almost killed me TWICE. Im immune compromised and first time they did it, ok mistakes happen i was kind and understanding. Second time now it feels like intentional which is insane because I love the waitresses and tip 20-30%. I flipped out and ran to 5below to buy mouth wash and now I sit and pray for the best possible outcome. Sorry wouldnt be enough if im fighting for my life in hospital or leave my 2 kids behind. DO BETTER!!! Turkey and chicken need to be WELL DONE!
