If I could put no stars I would messed up my order I called so they can talk to their employees about error said take it up with app it was their error not the app But wouldn’t even listen 4 fries got 1 didn’t send my reciept take up with app with no store number that you get from receipt least I have proof from the app. Bag was sealed so was at store not driver. The driver was nicer then store she apologized for being late when she wasn’t they didn’t even apologize for their mess up But the food I did get was good

Edit: Just went to pick up a DoorDash order for a young man and McDonald’s saw his name on the order, but “didn’t have his order”? They refused to fill his order and were accusing him of trying to get free food (even though that’s not at all how it works and he PAID for his food). They were acting like jerks. Seriously, please reconsider using this location and just go the couple extra miles to the one in Nutterfort. This location in Clarksburg needs shut down and turned into something else!!
Disgusting! Why would you give customers open packets? That’s SO dirty!! And you had ketchup (that sits in a dirty nasty container that all of you sift your unclean hands through) on top of bare food that you don’t even put in the package half the time. Unsanitary. This is legitimately the worst McDonald’s and it just needs to close down. Make the extra mile drive to Nutterfort McDonalds everyone. They have two drive thru’s unlike this nasty place and are much faster, more consistent, and have clean employees! The hash browns literally fell to pieces when I tried to take them from the packets. You guys should be embarrassed by the poor quality service and food. No wonder you have a bad name!

Nice area. Nice facility. Used the kiosk inside to order. Out of a lot of menu items including blue raspberry slush and nuggets. Food arrived promptly. No cups. Followed employee back up to get cups. No ice in either machine. Floor so sticky my feet stuck. Bathroom mirrors were so caked up you couldn’t see in them. Gathering of managers (4 of them) having a pow wow, oblivious to the state of the store.

Ordered a #7 – 2 cheeseburger meal and the burger patties were missing. I manage a fast food restaurant myself and double check all food before it’s bagged to make sure it’s made correctly. Obviously that isnt a priority at this location. The MANAGER on duty handed the bag to me with a “here ya go”. She is really lacking customer service skills. If I could I would give this experience 0 stars.

Ive been from Texas to California to Pennsylvania, and finally West Virginia. Obviously on the road Mc Donalds is usually the go to for quick in and out knowing the food is going to slapped together with no regard to quality and moderate customer services at best. However this McDonalds nailed my visit today. The store was practically spotless the food appeared as advertised and actually good taste and not dripping with grease like other stores in the national chain. Staff was super friendly and professional yet enjoyable conversation. The only disappointment is the fact that less and less McDonalds meet even half of the standard this store is operating at. Great job team, thank you for the service!
