They are too busy playing around to make sure they are getting the customers order accurate and then when the order is clear been collected incorrectly they want to charge more for a mistake that clearly wasn’t the customers fault. I work in customer service and I know how it works

Usually our experiences have been very good at this location. But today it was just the opposite. We ordered online, immediately went to pick it up, arrived at the time the order was ready etc. The fries were cold and stale, the tacos cold and hard, and the hamburgers barely warm. Then on top of that they got our drink orders wrong. Hopefully this is a one up mess up because if it happens again then we’ll have to go elsewhere.

We ordered 12 tacos and I have to they they were not great!! We went around 1am and the line was pretty long. They took awhile to ask what we wanted to order and once we got our food the tacos were stale and not good! We were very disappointed with our order.

The assistant manger and her other female employee tonight 2/6 around 9pm were giving us attitude over something the staff was wrong in. They didn’t want to admit they had messed up our order and just kept going over and over the situation. We were given a small fries but ordered a large they insisted we paid for a small when the receipt said large! We also ordered a combo with a medium size fries and drink and an additional large drink. I’ve never had issues before here but today was just ridiculous over a mistake THEY did. So unprofessional just own up to YOUR mistake and give us what we paid for.

These pictures speak for themselves. Mediocre food, mediocre service, and that’s on their good days. Bad days you can expect even worse food and worse service. I’ve lived in the area for 20yrs and have tried them on many different occasions throughout the year and it has generally always been this way with no improvement other than the restaurant itself getting remodeled a while back.
Edit: Here we are 5 months later. And I decide to go back. Was in the mood for some breakfast. I think to myself “a couple breakfast sandwiches from Jack in the box sound good”. I get there at 11:50am and get told they don’t have any breakfast. The place that supposedly does breakfast all day doesn’t have a single breakfast item….not a single one. And trust me I asked if they had anything breakfast related and was told no. So needless to say I drove off because this place doesn’t deserve another single dime from anyone. At this point they should really just shut it down and let a place that actually cares get this spot.

I’ve been eating burgers since I was a kid. I guess times are hard at Jack n the Box. I always get extra pickles on my burger. This is the first time in my life I’ve been charged for the extra pickles. Fifteen cents for about 3 extra pickles…unbelievable they have gotten so ridiculous by charging for the condiments. Whataburger does not charge for extra pickles.

I would give it ZERO star i ordered onion rings and southwest salad for my dinner but when i got home i openedy food, damn!! It was so nesty and very old and cold grilled chicken piece and onion rings are burnt i was like: really i paid almost $12 for THIS food i was so hungry and i didn’t eat that food i was tired from work that’s why i couldn’t make something at home at the end i had to sleep hungry. I just don’t understand if we pay for the food why they give old and cold food to the costumers and after read costumers comments why store managers do not take any step to make it better? If you guys keep continue doing that one day no one wanna go “JACK IN THE BOX” anymore

Somehow the night employees don’t know how to properly fill drinks so that it spills all over your car and all they say is “sorry it’s not filled right” when they can just dump it out and refill it properly which takes no more than 15-20 seconds,sadly common sense isn’t as common these days *sigh*
