Double cheeseburger was assembled on a steep hillside. Patties weren’t even on the bun. Everything was a mess. Wrapped up looking more like a thin submarine sandwich. And it was cold to boot. The dining area is cold, uncomfortable and un-inviting. Staff is never very pleasant. It’s just a quick stop for something until you can get to a real restaurant.

It’s been sometime since I got anything from this location. Now I remember why. First of all I didn’t know kids were allowed in the kitchen area. Second, I got 2of the crispy chicken sandwiches. The buns were hard as a rock. And only pickles….nasty ones at that. This location only cares about getting orders out as fast as possible and not care about the quality of the order. I will NEVER eat here again. I would never serve my family this food if I worked there.

Went there tonight, and got two daily Double’s no lettuce, one had no pickles or onions, the other one had pickles but no onions, also got two triple cheeseburgers only pickles and it was covered in grease, and looks like the just slapped it all together, orders was going out but coming right back in because they was wrong, place is really dirty, I think it’s time for the big boss to come in and put some people in there place

I am extremely disappointed with the food I received from this McDonald’s location, and I feel it is important to share my experience in full detail, not out of spite, but out of genuine concern for customer safety and quality standards. A few days ago, I purchased a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel, expecting a simple, hot, freshly prepared breakfast sandwich; instead, it became one of the most uncomfortable and concerning dining experiences I have had in recent memory.

The sandwich tasted overly greasy and heavy, and the texture of the meat did not seem fresh. The bagel was soaked with oil, and the overall preparation felt rushed, poorly assembled, and far below the level of care that a major corporation like McDonald’s should be upholding. Within hours of eating it, I began experiencing stomach discomfort and gas pressure that only worsened over the next several days. I dealt with pain in different parts of my abdomen, ongoing digestive irritation, chest discomfort, and an overall feeling that something was not right with the food I consumed. No person should eat a breakfast sandwich and still feel physical effects multiple days later.

I am not someone who complains lightly, but this turned what should have been a simple meal into a multi-day ordeal. When people choose fast food, they are aware it may not be the healthiest choice, but they still expect it to be safe, properly handled, fresh, cooked thoroughly, and prepared with basic attention to quality control. Customers should never walk away questioning whether what they ate was mishandled, under-temperature, old, or re-heated instead of freshly prepared.

McDonald’s is a globally recognized brand, and with that reputation comes responsibility. I am submitting this review to emphasize that something needs to be evaluated — whether it’s the freshness of ingredients, the holding times, the cooking temperatures, the quality of meat products used, or how rushed and inattentive the preparation process has become. Food should not cause days of discomfort or health concerns, and no customer should be left regretting that they trusted a well-known chain.

I hope management takes this seriously, because this was not just an unpleasant meal — it was a physically distressing experience that raised serious questions about food safety and standards. I will not be ordering this item again, and I will be extremely cautious about future visits to this location unless improvements are made. Customers deserve consistency, cleanliness, and real effort, not carelessly prepared food that leads to unnecessary pain and worry.

So this was my favorite McDonald’s for years known one of the mangers for years. He never would have let the place he ran the way it was tonight 11/19/25 we watched our sandwiches sit on counter for over 10 minutes. Then we watched a guy multiple time with his hands pulling up his pants fixing his underwear and touching the food and things on our tray. We had manger remake food and ask that the guy not touch our tray again. There was more than enough staff but no one could figure out what other one was doing. Hope someone gets this store back to doing better cause it is going down hill. In total took us and lady behind us 20 minutes to get the food. Woman behind us finally said half my food is here and I’m still waiting it’s going to all be cold when I get home.

The drive through is one of the quickest anywhere which is very handy when you are on your way to work or only have a 15 minute lunch break. And there is a really cute brunette with a braided ponytail that has the cutest smile. I keep going by just to see her. Maybe that helps explain my weight problems. My doctor says that I really need to drop about 50 lbs as she noted that I was winded walking back from the waiting room. But I said; “Dr. Have you seen that cute lady at the South side McDonald’s drive thru?”

Tried to give this place another chance. I dont eat fast food much. All i asked for was extra pickle which I was charged for on my cheeseburgers. I got plain burgers after being parked (to wait on 2 cheeseburgers) for 10 minutes. They also forgot my drink in which the poor guy walked back in and got it for me. This location just sucks.

-100 stars for me a couple days ago I went here and stood in line for 25 min and yet no one took my order. Then today I go back threw the drive thru and get a meal which was cold and absolutely disgusting and better yet I got a sweet tea that tasted like chemicals like come on be for real !
