In the past, McDonald’s has often been criticized for not having the menu items that customers want. The store appears to be fairly new or at least recently renovated. The restrooms are small with only one occupant at a time and the men’s room was filthy. A stuffed toilet and dirty water all over the sink. The only thing we ordered were fries and a drink and the fries were old and cold.

I tried to order a #7 on the menu and the woman taking the order kept yelling she couldn’t understand what I meant. Then she didn’t turn her headphones off so I could hear her saying rude things about me plus she made me just come to the window to order since apparently it was so hard to order a #7 she had to get 2 other employees to help. I don’t know what was happening but just treated awful! Never going to the one again. Second time I had to drive off without actually getting any food.

I have gone here a few times, always something. One time went to speaker to give them my order and it took them a long time to even come to the speaker i thought maybe they were closed then finally someone came and no one else was at the drive thru.
