4th of July weekend and they were completely slammed with customers. The existing employees were working extremely hard. This is a small McDonald’s and just not equipped to handle the customer base. Took about 20 minutes to receive my order once my order was placed.

I went into the restaurant last Thursday to order several biscuits for an office breakfast party the following day and be courteous by giving them plenty of notice for a large order. The manager on duty at the time was very helpful and stated they would be glad to help. I gave them the order and told them I needed to pick it by 7am. She spoke to a coworker who advised she was the opening person in charge the next day and gave her the order and told her I would be picking it up by 7am. I showed up at 6:50 am in the drivethru the next morning to pick up the large order as planned, they did not know anything about my order and wanted to know what I needed again because no order like that had been fixed! I went inside to speak with the person who was in charge and opened who also was given the order the day before but as I approached the counter to speak to her she just walked away to the back of the restaurant! I stood there for a few minutes and nobody would even help me, so I had to leave to get to work on time without the biscuits I had promised to bring! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I stopped to go through the drive-thru to get breakfast at 4:58 AM. 2 minutes before the store is supposed to open. I pull into the parking lot on my way to the drive-thru, and notice they aren’t open yet. I pull over right by the door, (because I also wanted to confirm their open/close times posted on the door) I was literally sitting there less than a minute, and some older lady starts pecking on my window. I roll my window down, and she says “This isn’t a parking spot!” (Very Rudely) she didn’t give me a chance to explain or even say a word. She walked off. It was quite embarrassing. I didn’t have any intentions of parking there, I was only waiting on them to open, and was sitting in that spot for less than 1 minute! I continued to set there until I pulled up my McDonald’s app and got ready to go through the drive-thru. I come through here often on my way to VA, I always stop here to get breakfast. I will be finding a different restaurant from now on.
