I am extremely disappointed today. I came in to get lunch. When the gentleman came up to get my order I explained that I was using the app. I showed him the number for my app. I asked him to give me a second to see if I had enough on my card to add lettuce and tomato to my sandwich. Instead he rang it up laid the reciept on the counter. Then walked away before I even had a chance to speak. I made the comment I reckon I didn’t want lettuce and tomato then as the manager looked at me. The manager handed me my food then I walked out. To be honest I am getting to old to fight with these kids. But here is a picture of the sandwich I received. Doubtful I will go back again because this isn’t the first time I have experienced things like this but certainly can be the last.

We stopped here while traveling through on Christmas Eve. The staff and the customers were all delightful! It was decked out for Christmas including ornaments for the kids to decorate while we waited for our food. Our food came fast and our order was perfect. They were super kind when we had a spill and needed help cleaning up.
Greatful for such a warm experience to help break up a long road trip.

I very much enjoyed my visit here this morning. The restaurant was warm and cozy even though it was 18° outside. The coffee and sausage biscuit was perfect and service was excellent!

Food was as good as a McDonald’s can be – hot, fresh and crispy, the staff were pleasant but the toilets were a sight to be seen. I’m talking doo-doo on the underside of the toilet seat. So, act with caution

The staff was super friendly, professional, and courteous. They bring the food to the customers tables and the ordering process was quick. Food quality was what you expect at a McDonald’s. The store was a clean and pleasant environment. Good job employees!

We were dining in and received our order. I asked for sauce for my nuggets and the Employee scoffed at me and tossed some on the counter. I returned to our table and realized we were missing a fry. Same Employee “greeted me”. I explained we were missing a fry. He stated “whatever” and walked off, not to return with my fry. I asked for assistance from another employee and they were just as rude. Overall, food was cold, service was terrible and there were flies buzzing around everywhere.

Visiting from Ohio. Had a rough start because the starter went out in the car and needed a tire patched after finding a bolt.
Stopped in McDonald’s while waiting for the tire repair. 2 extremely nice ladies took our orders. I wish I had gotten their names. The One specifically with red hair was amazing. She seen my youngest daughter was not having a good day and made sure to chat with her and make her smile. This lady by far made our day with her kindness. I wish her the best. And will definitely return to this mcdonald and hope to see her again and tell thank you
