I pulled in straight to a speaker ( didn’t have to wait ) and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. I paid for and received my food within only a couple minutes which is nice.. But when your burger looks like this and is not even wrapped properly.. I’d rather you take your time to prepare my sandwich… like seriously.. How hard is it to stack three circular items on top of each other???

This McDonald’s is both the best and the worst. The food is great! Consistently the best fries I get a McDonald’s across a four state area. The burgers are always fresh and hot although assembly and wrapping is often terrible. Sometimes sandwiches look like they were put together by someone who doesn’t care or wasn’t trained.
BUT…
The biggest issue? Service times. They are ABYSMAL. Absolutely terrible. I have never once received an order in less than ten minutes; more often it’s 15 or more. And good luck getting waited on if you’re at the counter. It’s rather like yelling into the wind.

today jan 8 2026 stopped in for 2 breakfast sandwiches english muffin egg n sausage spoke to cashier put order in at 848am. In meantime 4 sr citizens got their food im still waiting WOW total of 9 mins 45 sec i had my food!!!!!!!! Unexceptable great sandwhich but def the wait sunk the ship

The dining room and drive through was empty. I went inside, walked to the front counter and waited for 15 minutes then left after making eye contact with at least 4 employees without being acknowledged at all.
If I were the manager here, I’d be embarrassed. Even by the insanely low bar that McDonald’s has set, this was ridiculous. This is 100% the product of terrible and ineffective management. Shame on you

This location is typically better than most others, however, there are times when what I order isn’t available.
Placing a mobile order can be tricky for this company. Some locations do not have or offer what you find online.
For this particular visit, I ordered a meal and paid extra for a large drink.
When I arrived to the pick-up window, the employee informs me that they are out of the specific drink I requested.
This was unfortunate because it’s the primary reason for stopping.
I refused any other drink and it was left at that, no further reimbursement or compensation for neglecting to have what I wanted.
After driving away, I find that my sandwich was not properly made. I paid for bacon on the sandwich, again paying extra, and did not receive what I wanted. I added nuggets to the order to take home, only to find a ton of napkins in the bag and no dipping sauce.
Checking the receipt, these things were requested.
Mildly disappointing due to being away from home and on the go.
I will reiterate that this store tends to be better than most others in the vicinity, and that ride can be substantial based on proximity.
The employees, for the most part, are pleasant even though there are those who bring down the experience from time to time. This visit was decent in that regard, outside of the person handling the food a bit unfamiliar with how to rectify the situation.
The order taker, is someone I find usually doing this job, is extremely pleasant.
Sadly, food has become overly expensive and attention to detail is important for those of us on the road.

Went in with a long line of people already waiting. We stood there for at least 10 minutes with nobody even coming anywhere near the counter. Not even to give us any information about the wait or what was going on.
At one point I heard what I assume was the manager (woman with red hair) shout “it is was it is they will just have to wait”.
After the group in front of us leaves she walked up and yells something about the help leaving and that it’s going to be at least 20 mins before she can get out order.

Food was fine. Manager on duty was screaming at employees and being incredibly toxic and rude. One employee stood up for themself, and manager told them to clock out and leave during a lunch rush. Unprofessional and needs management training.

I stopped after my kids appointments to get them lunch and honestly not going back. I understand working while sick it happens but the women puking in the bathroom then comes out starts working and I see her eating from my food as there putting it on the trey like really you nasty women.
