I ordered Chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger from McDonalds through Grub Hub and my son’s chicken nuggets had fly larvae on them. So disgusting! They really need to make everything fresh and not let it sit out for hours. I was told from a former employee that they let food sit out for hours and they are not allowed to throw old food out.I will never go back to a McDonalds again.

Every morning, I order my caramel iced coffee, extra cream w/ 4 sugar. The girls who work the window at 6:30 are so amazing. I don’t even need to order anymore. They know me by voice. Not only that, but they make the best coffee.

Had to give them a star unfortunately to post a review. One star rating is to much. Worst McDonald’s ever been to. Absolutely rude evening manager. Order was messed up asked her to make it right, this resulted in an attitude from the manager. Worst customer service I’ve ever had a McDonald’s. I will never go back to this location. If I would have knew how dirty the inside of this McDonald’s was, I would have drove on past. Definitely should have went to Chick-fil-A across the street. The food would have at least been worth it and at least you know your order would have been right. I would recommend the store owner of this location to educate there manager on evening shift on customer service. Manager Melanie needs help with that.

The dining drink area was out of everything…tea, straws, napkins etc…several patrons had to keep going to the counter to ask for things. Food was not made correctly…however they were a busy store.

Several kiosks are not printing receipts. I asked for copies from the lady that threw my food on the counter. She ignored me and did nothing. All ice cream shakes, Sundays, coffees drinks are out and not available. The final strike was no straw for my daughters to go smoothie. And the coup de gras we did not receive our medium Hi-C at all. I will not be back to this location anytime soon

We stopped at this McDonald’s for a quick meal to-go off of I-81 on the way home from South Carolina. We simply ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese (a burger special sale), 2 large fries and a bottle of water. The only item correctly served was the water. The (2) quarter pounders had no cheese and there was only one order of fries. The staff were very accommodating and quickly corrected the order. However, there were so many staff members behind the counter that it appeared that they did not know their jobs and were poorly trained. The manager blurted out that the staff should be more careful in attaching the food order stickers because it was the 8th order that day that was incorrectly served. I was disappointed that we wasted travel time attempting to correct a very simple order. I blame this fiasco on poor training and poor management. The owners of the franchise should review the management of the store before they lose valuable revenue from an easily profitable location.

This McDonald’s as very other McDonald’s is very hit and miss. You have to check your bag everytime to make sure everything was included. And when you order at the speaker, you nearly have to scream to place an order at all. McDonald’s used to be the cheap option, that’s definitely not true anymore.

Should’ve known to keep driving when we pulled up and the entire in/outside had zero cars or customers! Going into the restaurant there’s signs up that they have NO DRINKS AT ALL other than orange juice, fruit punch and HI-C. The sausage mcmuffin had green stuff on the egg and the food was disgusting, the hash brown tasted like old oil! Just throw away the ENTIRE place!! Too bad this was on a Sunday and the chick fil a was closed!! The lady in front was trying to be nice but you can tell that she doesn’t like her job!!

They are completely lazy. I asked for no pickles and onions. They scrapped it off leaving some onion. Lucky I’m not allergic!!! The procedure is make a new sandwich and not scrap off what already made.
