I’m at McDonalds right now on 3/9/26 I order for a family of 5 yes I’d rather cook at home but it’s easier when I work full time sometimes to just come to McDonalds these people are always so rude in this place heard the girl that took my order complain because I ordered so much and even though I was still polite then my code didn’t work on my app like always at this McDonalds. It works at any other McDonald’s so I asked politely for them to put it in manually so then the woman with the dark hair and the black jacket on. I’m guessing the shift leader came up to the window with her nasty attitude, acting like I was lying, even though I showed her the phone. She refused to scan it instead of try to type it with the numbers after I told her it doesn’t work like that at this McDonald’s this was around 9:20 PM. The only people that were nice was the boy that handed me my drinks at the second window and then the girl with the blonde hair that brought my food out at the third window this place needs some serious Customer Service training

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Waited 15 minutes for 1 hash brown and a sausage biscuit. I did a mobile order so I guess that’s low priority because the drive thru was moving non stop. Not an apology after otlr anything. The white girl just tossed my food on the counter and walked away. Horrible

The service at this McDonald’s is horrible. I waited for 20 minutes at the register to even be acknowledged. Because I was paying cash and then it took another 35 minutes to get my food. All they were worried about was DoorDash and mobile orders. That was it both of the drive through lines were so full. It was not even funny, I get it, you’re busy, but do better employees were going on their breaks and ordering food and then they were getting served before other customers. Take care of the customers. Then go on your break. II don’t get it.n No one acknowledges anyone unless they’re there for DoorDash or a mobile order. And to see them standing around in the kitchen , doing absolutely nothing is disheartening

10 people working, 0 at register everyone stared and didn’t come up to me for my order, very loud and annoying back there not doing anything. Ordered a chocolate milkshake got a vanilla, went up and asked for my chocolate and they said this is chocolate. Is it white chocolate that tastes like vanilla?

I am a door dasher and have orders from here fairly regularly. I must say this establishment has terrible service! There is never anyone at the counter to help regular customers and door dashers have to wait up to ten minutes for orders. A lot of the time you can hear the staff in the back laughing and complaining about having to work. When an employee finally comes to help customers or dashers, the workers are impolite and less than helpful. I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

This is the best McDonald’s — I know that’s not something you hear often, but it’s true. I’ve been coming here for years, and they never mess up an order. The fries are always hot, the staff is helpful, and the mobile ordering makes everything quick and easy. Consistently a great experience.

I’ve noticed recently that this place has really improved. The workers are very friendly and helpful and the food remains good. Access off I-81 is very easy and the car pick-up and drive thru seems to run quickly. The even have a nice picnic area in the back.
