Upon reading the good reviews, I had booked a table for dinner. The place is small, but somehow it feels cozy. Service was attentive and quick. The food tasted good, when we actually ate it, but like half an hour after leaving our stomachs started feeling heavy and this is why I cannot give more than 3 stars. I especially liked the burrata served with an eggplant cream. The gnocchi with scallops and saffron were fine and the fritto misto was one of the best we tried across many trips to Italy. The desserts were rather disappointing – the tiramisu lacked sweetness and the panna cotta topped with salted caramel was too gelatinous. Still, not sure about the ingredients they use, given that the food didn’t sit too well with us.
Good wine selection and the prices are overall fine, given the location really close to the Rialto bridge.

Authentic Venetian cuisine served in a cozy family style settings. The gentlemen manning the restaurant are nice & welcoming. They specialize in seafood plates, food was ok. Have to ask for condiments like olive oil, Aceto, ..etc as its not brought out automatically with the bread. All in all satisfied.

We had dinner here the first night in Venice and it set the bar high! I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the carbonara both were equally delicious! The bread and wine were also fantastic. Highly recommend a visit. It is a small space so advise to make a reservation.

This was the first meal in Italy that was resoundingly good. If you’re looking for an actual Italian meal go no further. This isn’t your typical reheated noodles and pizza nonsense, freshly cooked food that is perfect. No photo of carbonara because it was swiftly consumed. Sea bass was great as well. Atmosphere felt like an authentic Italian dining experience, this is a must try while in Venice. You need to make a reservation.

Lovely food and cozy seating. We got the bruschetta as a starter then a diavola pizza and carbonara for mains. the tiramisu was also good. friendly staff and quick service. very cosy seating so you’ll be very close to your neighbours but we loved our whole experience!

The food was delicious, yet we were sitting super tight with other folks. Some waiters looked somewhat tired of their lives, some friendly, the decoration was nice, we liked the glasses and silverware. It’s ok to drop by and try! Reserve before!

It’s basically the best pizza Ive ever eaten in my life. And I’ve eaten pizza in 10 different countries, and while in Italy, in at least 50 different places. Impeccable dough, delicious and crispy. The toppings are superb.
