I ordered three meals. I was very specific on my order. I even asked to gladly wait for fresh hot fries. No problem I Ordered 3 large fries and neither one was full. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a quarter pounder deluxe and both were dressed like a deluxe. They tried to render their mistake by taking the tomatoes off the sandwich they mistakenly put lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise on and scrapped off. I had to explain 5 times to the person on the head phones then multiple times to the manager and neither one could even comprehend what they did wrong and kept arguing with me until I got upset and raised my voice. I could go on but it would take a while. I have never been so upset about fast food in my entire life. And what makes me angry is that the manager never once apologized for their mistakes or me having to come all the way back there and just kept arguing about it and that I asked for corp ofc and she did not get me the information. People work hard for their money and should expect quality food and service.

I stop at McDonald’s because the food’s consistent store to store across the country. I know what I’m going to order and that’s what I get. This McDonald’s is run smoothly and efficiently and I wish they could teach my local McDonald’s how it’s done.

I don’t eat at McDonald’s often, but when I do.. I always come to the Crosslanes location. It is the best Mcds in the area! Food is always hot and fresh no matter the time of day. The order is always right and has condiments, utensils, and napkins. You can’t go wrong with this location imo.

Staff is kind but takes a long time to get help sometimes. Better off ordering ahead or on the kiosk as not to waste your time or have to yell for someone to help. Unless lucky and someone at register when you walk in. Great dining area so long as you don’t need anything extra that you can’t help yourself to. Also drinks are behind counter so refills will depend on staff.
