Absolutely disgusting! Manager Kelly said they would replace my Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes due to me receiving it this way. Some type of black substance on the eggs that leaked into the rest of the food. She lied. I reordered this morning after she said she would send the replacement with it when I called. I get my order – no replacement. When I called to notify for help – she began screaming that she doesn’t have time for it. She had another manager answer me and say no even though she already said yes twice!! Nasty food – nasty service- Nasty People!!

One of the worst McDonald I have ever ate at. I ordered at the beginning of their lunch hours and received ice cold food. The “cheeseburgers” they had no cheese… were on stale buns, nuggets that looked like they were fried in dirty grease then left out for hours, fries had no salt and uncooked. I will never order from this McDonalds again. Do better

Bathrooms were disgusting. The floor was so slippery that while your standing there your feet are spreading apart. I almost fell twice and my daughter fell once and hurt herself. The floor in the whole establishment felt like it had oil on it
And it appeared to have homeless people hanging out in the lobby

I placed my order at the kiosk, the wait time wasn’t very long but I was disappointed when I got my food. We ordered four breakfast burritos but I feel like I mostly paid for tortillas. There was barely any eggs and sausage on them, at least half the amount I get when I go to other stores (if not less), it was only put in the very center of the tortillas, not folded like a burrito at all (was smooshed flat) and a big portion of the tortillas were too hard to eat. I love McDonald’s breakfast burritos and eat them all the time, but I will not be getting them from this McDonald’s anymore

Typical Micky D’s with no surprises. This restaurant is just 3 blocks off of Exit 99 on Route 64. Head towards the Capitol and right turn on Washington St. EZ Peezy.
I utilized the McDonalds app for a $3 breakfast steak, egg, and cheese bagel. Enjoy!

The Manager here is an absolute horrible person. Has the worst attitude. Not to mention every time i ever ordered from this place, the food had a strange smell to it that literally about made me vomit. No other place around had this smell. The food would “look” fine. But the smell made me unable to eat it. This wasn’t once, this happened multiple times. And when i would walk in many times this same smell was literally in the air. I don’t know what they do differently, but it’s disgusting. Time for new management you think?

Bro what is this place?? It’s a different experience everytime you go. Sometimes you get a concert out front with the drummers, and sometimes you get some dude bumming you for cash in the parking lot. Or heck maybe even get to see someone taking a nap inside the booths.

This McDonald’s is an absolute mess and needs serious management attention. While I was eating, a very loud young woman—apparently an off-duty employee—was in the dining area yelling about her personal life so loudly that everyone in the lobby could hear her.

It got worse when she started making fun of schizophrenia. I asked her politely to stop because my son’s father suffers from it, and instead of apologizing, she flipped out and told the manager I was the problem. The manager, a very large short woman with long hair in a red shirt, did nothing to calm her down and instead made us wait over 30 minutes for a small fry. We were the only ones waiting in the lobby for most of that time.

The place was dirty, chaotic, and the staff looked completely burned out. One cashier looked like she was about to cry because she hadn’t been given a break, even while others were going out to smoke.

That said, two employees stood out for all the right reasons. The young woman at the register and another young woman, off-duty worker with pixie like short hair, were professional, kind, and apologetic about the chaos around them. They were the only people acting like they cared about customers. Both deserve recognition for their professionalism.

This location badly needs new management and accountability.

THE WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!
Young girl in the drive thru with dyed hair had a horrible attitude. Did not greet us, just looked at us confused because we were the ones with a mobile order. You work there… how are you looking at a customer like you’re confused. Also, no receipt was given to us, she just said, “ok.” Like are we good to pull forward or…
The girl at the second window at least treated us, but the straw needs to be handed out with the drink and the bag needs to be folded over at least once. Everything about this store was sloppy. Why are the employees not wearing hairnets or why is their hair not pulled back!? How disgusting is that. To top all of this off, a few items were wrong in our order, one being the sauces were all wrong and our apple slices were forgotten.
Worst Mcdonald’s in America for sure!
