I usually get mcdonalds via door dash. One out of every maybe 15 orders is actually correct. The rest, always something wrong. Example, ordered the chicken McNuggets with hot honey sauce. Apparently, they take the sauce part as a suggestion because what I got was hot mustard. But I guess at least we got sauce this time because most of the time, they don’t put the sauce in the bag. Heaven forbid you go in and ask for the sauce, you might get someone yelling about how much they hate their job. At some point you start to wonder what is going on there. The literal only reason I order from there is because there is an autistic child in the house who loves the nugget happy meal. Period. That’s it. If I could get her to eat ANYWHERE else, we wouldn’t order from there again.

Little slow even with 2 drive through lanes. Would be amazing if they could a sign or something for people waiting in long drive through lanes to view the menus. This could likely expedite things a lot. The way it’s set up you can’t see the menus in either drive through lane until you are parked directly in front of it.
Friendly staff, always a pleasure to order from. Lines wrap around the building to main road a lot. Be prepared to wait.

My original review had 3 stars, but I had to make an edit. Because they added outdoor restrooms. I have to assume it’s a permanent fixture, as it’s been there all week.
Back to my original rating as they removed the outdoor restroom.

I ordered a tea with meal and after waiting for ten minutes I politely asked where my drink was and the man who was supposed to get it that took my order started doing something other than making the tea I needed for my order. I asked if I could have another drink instead that I would get myself from dining area and he said no he’d have to ring it up and charge me despite finishing all of the food id ordered without a drink. He served all other customers first and didn’t apologize for making me wait twnety minutes for drink. It was infuriating I don’t know this person and have never seen him before so not sure why he did that but I’ll never forget it. I wasn’t rude or anything besides polite and calm so it was pretty inexcusable behavior. If I knew his name I would have spoken with manager about his behavior. Uncalled for

I order a crispy chicken sandwich and a medium fry. The fries were great the sandwich looked burnt had no condiments on it. I took 2 bites first one was dry and tasted burnt 2nd one tasted old and burnt I was more then hafe way home so was not going to drive the 20 minutes back to them I would not recommend to anyone to eat there. The employees were friendly though

Order completely wrong. From beginning. Got home missing my mcdouble and lg fry. Buying drove back up there told them they gave me 2 40 piece nugget o ly ordered one. I ordered Double quarter pounder / cheese i got a quarter pounder no cheese and missing the 2 quarter pounder with cheese completly. Manger said she corrected apologized. I get home both burgers were only quarter pounder. I paid for 2 doubles one was a meal. The saddest part i hat to pull around and wait on food and they still got it wrong.
