Ordered several burgers. After waiting 30 mins, One bun was outright hard. The patties on the rest had obviously been in hot hold for hours. They had become crusty and shrank to half the size of normal patties. Apparently this is a common issue at this location. I wouldn’t care to wait if the food was fresh, but to wait that long for food suitable only as dog food is outrageous.

Get ready to need stuff like ketchup or dipping sauce and then get ready to be ignored by almost everyone. Do you know how many times McDonald’s messes up a simple order? 85% of the time. This one is worse. I ordered extra tomatoes and didn’t get any.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location as a truck driver and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a Double Fish Filet, but received only a single filet, and it was clearly reheated, with a wrinkled bun. Additionally, the Double Hamburger I ordered was squashed and not fresh. This isn’t the first time this has happened in the past week. As a truck driver, I don’t have time to check every detail, and it’s frustrating when the order isn’t correct and not fresh. This kind of service really damages McDonald’s reputation.

On a road trip and needing a pit stop with a quick bite to eat we landed here.The place was clean inside/outside and restrooms. Ordering was fast and friendly the food came out in a fair amount of time,it was hot and very good ,the Qtr pounder W/cheese was as good as most fast food joints dish up and the world famous fries were perfect,nice job Mickey Dee’s.

In the mornings, this place is always great. First time being here at night and I only ordered 3 items from the Value Menu, watched other customers come in after me and get their food while I waited fourteen minutes for my food. It’s not very busy- weather is horrible and there are virtually no vehicles in the plaza. The employees seem to really be struggling.
