This restaurant is disgusting. It’s filthy. The tables are dirty. They have ice cream dripping off of all the nozzles in the back without cleaning them up and they put spoiled lettuce on your hamburger. And the manager said I was not on duty so it’s not my fault. She hung up on me. I called international Dairy Queen and they were filing or report with the franchisee owners. I have attached a picture of the lettuce they put on my hamburget
Here’s what Jesse had to say about a month and all was good until I looked at the ingredents for their ice cream and it cant even be labeled as ice cream legally. Not to mention this place smells like grease and is filthy. They dont care about their employees based on the way they were being yelled at. Not to mention I didnt even see a single employee of color here. Very strange

I just had the one on scatterfield a couple days ago and it was trash all the veggies are wilted in this towns fast food

NOT the galaxy cake shown on the website, which was a beautiful outer space looking patterned icing. This is just a blue cake with sprinkles. Also, not the same price as on the website. Website said $20, I was charged $25.99, cake is labeled $28.99. It’s only an 8″ cake! Next time I’ll just get a frozen one from Meijer. Gave 2 stars because I know the flavor will be outstanding, but I debating driving off without it as it’s not at all what I asked for. I took it in the end because I needed a cake and don’t have time for another store.

I asked how much the grilled chicken combo was and then asked if there was a choice of sides to choose from that comes with the price. She told me fries, onion rings, and cheese curds. I asked if there was anything not fried as a choice for side, she told me no. So I got the cheese curds (figured my Son would love them when he got home from school). I was distracted by another customer in line and gave my money, got my change and went to get a seat. Counted my change and thought I was given the wrong amount back (it happens at times no big deal) when I asked she told me I was charged extra for the curds! I told her she did not tell me that when I asked what was included with a combo for sides. She said something very quietly that I couldn’t understand and shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I paid almost $11! What’s worse is my sandwich had overdone bacon, very little lettuce at all, one slice of tomato, and felt not hot, and slimey to the touch. (I requested no sauce so it couldn’t have been that) I went back up to ask about it and was ignored (they were not busy and had no other customers in line at that time ). After waiting, I finally asked with my voice slightly raised for a bag to take my food home in. (I felt bad raising my voice but it was the only way it seemed to be heard) So I did not eat the in my opinion overpriced not worth it $11 lunch, and found out there is no healthy side options (like a side salad) offered with a combo, that you do not have a choice of sides included in the price even though was told I did. The food is not worth the price. LESSONS LEARNED. In this stores defense though, this was my first visit to this location in a very long time, maybe it was just a “bad day” for them.

Horrible place! Sold me a blizzard with the consistency of soup. When the worker flipped it over and it spilled ice cream out, she looked at me and said WHATEVER! This place is trash! The manager has zero customer service skills! The workers don’t wear gloves and touch everything (saw one digging in her ear) then your food. This used to be the best place, it has greatly gone down hill. Maybe hire people who want to work in a restaurant and train them on proper food handling and quality!

Went to the drive through for ice cream today. Waited 10min at the window. Our ice cream had been done for like 5 mins before they even asked me for my money. By the time they gave it to me my ice-cream was starting to melt and be runny. Should of just ordered a milkshake by then. The works only wanted to stand around and talk and not do their jobs
