Worked a 12 hour shift today and thought oh I’ll go to McDonald’s and have a quick easy dinner. I waited in the drive thru for my mobile order for 8 minutes and then they park me for another 5. They forget my shamrock shake & then when I took off they didn’t put the lid on it well. It flung all over my car. I could’ve saved my $20 and ate a grilled cheese at home. Instead I wasted all that time plus another 30 minutes cleaning the shake out of my car.

Ordered breakfast this morning but it came with a surprise of a hair & shredded up paper in my sausage and gravy. At this point this restaurant is just pitiful on the customer service & cleanliness. This restaurant needs to do better in all aspects.

I havent eaten here in a couple years because of previous poor experiences that drove me away from “fast,” food. I stop to get a biscuit and a hashbrown and had me pull into the first bay to wait on my hashbrown.
I sat around for over 20 minutes for a hashbrown. Happily handing out everyone else’s orders except for mine, forcing me to go inside and ask yet again for my food.

BOMB’s Flavors and Favorites
I rarely use fast food businesses. But, this time was pleasant, and the working folks added to that event.
Im not opposed to the model. I simply cant take the food in, as my body just diesnt do well with the current model of offerings. It didnt used to be that way. But, my family like the products. So, I am happy to use them, when available.
The staff was welcoming, while the location was readily accessible. We were met with professionalism and the food was fresh and hot. While the products used, seemed enjoyable. It was a fast and positive experience. That means a lot, whike on a long drive, and trying to meet time.
Im thankful for those doing the work. And those making it available. Together, we fill a need. In many ways.

I try not to write reviews if it’s not positive, but this experience was absolutely mind blowing.
No communication through the drive through speaker. Waited about 8 minutes and no one spoke through to communicate so I had to go inside. (If I didn’t pay ahead and/or refunds came back on my card quicker than up to 7 days I would’ve cancelled it).
Cashier, very rude. Eye roll after eye roll to every “thank you” received by the customers. I was there for 40 minutes waiting on food I ordered online. These people were there before me and left shortly before me, no complaints and still respectful and understanding and their response was that.
People were scratching their nose and bagging food immediately with the same hand. Everyone was everywhere. There was no delegation in the kitchen and everyone was bagging the same orders at the same time so they couldn’t figure what was where instead of stations and communications.
Some food was underdone and what was thoroughly cooked didn’t taste right. I can’t describe it.. Just something wasn’t right with it (so I didn’t eat but a few bites).
If there is a positive review, it’s probably from a staff member or a paid third party review “expert”, and yes, those do exist.
Update: Began vomiting 15 minutes after consuming an only few bites of my food.

This is the worst food and experience I have ever had my husband and I just stopped in. We waited 20 minutes for our food no big deal we received our meals the gravy was ice cold the has browns was soggy oily and cold our sandwichs was cold and our egg yolk was green to make it work I bite into my sandwich there is egg shells in it no big deal picked it out accidents do happen take another big and another egg shell this time the size of a nickel are you kidding me. I finally have enough take the eggs shell and food up and she say oh no big deal would like new food as I am standing there someone else comes up with the same problems. I refuse more food remind you we have only taken 2 bites at this point and she can’t give us a refund only new food. I understand it’s fast food but 30$ is alot and if they care about the quality they would have better business you cannot tell me they didn’t see the big egg shell not only in my food but other people complained of cold food and egg shell as well. Very disappointed

It’s been 25 minutes since I pulled through their drive thru and was told to park in spot 1 to wait for fries. I have a screaming infant in the back of my car. This was supposed to be “fast food”. There is no long line here, staff is just incompetent apparently.

Stopped by to get French Vanilla latte and was told they don’t have it when the menu showed it. When I asked the associate, they sounded surprised that they have it on the self ordering kiosk and took time to find it on their screen.
Once ordered, it took forever to get the latte. Took a good 10-15 mins for it to be ready.

Do your self a favor wait go 5 minutes down the highway to the city. Don’t use this McDonald’s. They parked every single car they got they had every space and the parking lot next door filled. They made us wait they our food wasn’t even hot. Fries weren’t filled properly just tossed together. So why did I wait ? The girl at the speaker seemed uninterested in her job could bother to open the window to ask/give me my receipt.
