Don’t ever expect for your order to be correct. At any time of the day. Always check yoir bag before pulling away from the drive thru. Trust that. I don’t get to male it to breakfast here often so when I do, I’m excited and ready for it. Breakfast this morning, had tons of egg shells in the egg on the McMuffin. Once you crunch an egg shell in your mouth it’s pretty much game over for wanting to eat any of the rest of it. . Muffin itself, burnt black all around the edges, too hard to even bite in to. Hashbrowns, super soggy and undercooked. So much extra grease it took up 10 napkins to stop it all out. By the time I was done with that, I had tiny pieces of what seemed to be raw potatoe stuck to napkins. It looks as though they took a frozen hashbrown, microwaved it for 15 seconds then dipped it in grease and bagged it. Completely un-edible. I hate giving a bad review but when it’s this bad, I just have to. I don’t know why this particular post is not allowing me to add photos but I sure would love to because what you would see is nasty, unacceptable “food”
Maybe the universe was looking out for me today and stopping me from making a horrible decision to plan to eat such trash.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The food is hit and miss. This was our first dine-in at this location. The self order kiosk only half worked. The payment system was inoperable. The staff forgot one item that we ordered but very quickly fixed and the mistake. The dining area was mostly clean. It could probably use a good scrubbing but wasn’t so dirty that we didn’t want to stay to eat.

Ordered mcdouble cheese burgers with no onion and pickles for lunch on my lunch break. And both of them had pickles after the paper on it said no onion and no pickles call back to tell them and Hunter the manage on duty saud he’d replace them and give my money back. So the next day on my lunch break I went back to get my correct order and I told the cashier that I was suppose to get my money back as well as the manager offered. And then she asked him and he came to the drive threw window to talk to me and saud he didn’t feel comfortable giving my money back. Which he offered me when I called about my messed up food!!! If you don’t honor what you offer me then how do you expect customers to keep coming back????? Mcds is going down hill fast with lo g drive threw wait times and incorrectly prepared food and managers who don’t honor what they tell you!!!! Not to mention the smaller more pricier food items!!!! Right is right!!!!!

We decided to go through the drive-thru a week ago and we ordered a 20 nugget and a large fry. We got sweet and sour dipping sauce for the nuggets. The first bite of a nugget and I noticed it didn’t taste right. There was no taste at all. It was awful. It was bland and I am doubtful it was even meat. It surely wasn’t edible. I ate the sweet and sour sauce by itself. Do better McDonald’s.

Only got a basket of fries and the happy meal when I ordered a tri State bundle the 20 piece with a basket of fries and a happy meal. ordered on the app and they said I, ME, messed it up. then they reordered it after we waited for half an hour and then they bring out the food completely wrong and thrown in the bag carelessly. there was hair all over the straw and inside the bag. disgusting establishment and disgusting workers. never eat here unless you want to waste your time and money!! mcdonald’s please smfd

I went 2 days in a row using the drive thru only for my morning coffee. The window service is spotty. 2nd day I only got about 2/3 full. Had to walk back over to the window to ask them to fill my coffee cup. LOL.

They shorted us one sausage and plastic wear. When we drove a second time to get both those things, the ordertaker was great, but the gal who hands the food was slow and uncooperative. Made it sound like she didn’t believe us. We went through the drive thru twice just for a fork and sausage we had already paid for. Pathetic window service.

Ordered a mobile order for curbside pickup. Waited 25 min for the order. Than drove through the drive thru and they called me a liar and told me I must have went to the wrong place. After they argued abd told me that I was a liar and that I was at the wrong place and kept arguing around. They said oh we found your order….someone started and but didn’t finish it. That place is a real piece of work. Order at your own risk.
