McDonald’s really pushes their app. This location doesn’t seem educated enough to use the app. Three times in the last few days, they have overcharged me because they say that their server died and didn’t transmit the discount. That’s ok. Hardee’s has an app that works and it is easier to get in and out.

I ordered a Carmel Frappe, the amount of Carmel was hilarious, I didn’t realize that Virginia was going through a caramel crisis. The older gentleman who brought it to me was extremely rude too. I asked him several questions about his day but was met with grunts.

Asked for an ice coffee two days in a roll got it and it was like expresso both times. First day they remade it and it came out right second day dude refused to take my cup so it got thrown out because last time I checked I don’t have a sink in my car! Then refused to remake it and gave me my money back. Don’t go here if you want something made right because it won’t be and instead of fixing it they tell you to go else where. Starbucks sounds really good about now.

Waited for 15 minutes.
And not the first employee came to the front counter. Or did they even acknowledge my wife and I were standing there .
Had to be 5 employee’s walked past to go outside and back .
Never once did we get waited on. Or asked if need any help. Laziest employee’s yet . Never will I go there and waist any time on this store.

My order placed and served in a timely fashion. It was lunchtime so the staff were rushing to please so many folks.
My food was hot and fresh. The staff was warm and friendly. The dining area was a little dirty and needed a quick wipe.
This McDonald’s is tucked behind a gas mart and is quite small, yet still serving many folks.
I would recommend!

I have complained many times
at this restaurant about the time being slow and getting pulled. there is one older short hair manager who is always rudand everything is crazy. But Thursday i was there in evening there was a young long hair manager who was working she was so nice to her crew and speaking to them
respectfully and was on point ! she was wonderful!

If you want to be parked so they can have a fast clock go here. Nothing fast about it food never hot and always wrong order or something left out this has became a joke parking every car and never knowing who’s food goes where I’d advise go to another McDonald’s this one is so bad

Went through the drive thru and had to wait for them to ask me what I was waiting on and I told them my meal then asked me to pull to 3rd window to wait for a tore up quarter pounder that looks like it was scraped off a grill. Ridiculous, you expect to get what you pay for but seems to never be the case anymore
