9 cars in drive thru told to park and wait? Every parking space beside drive thru. Why to much attitude for terrible service. And worst part waited 20 minutes. Order was wrong. Terrible management leads to terrible workers leads to terrible service. 0 stars

They are so slow here. Went today and the workers in the drive thru are so rude. Got both orders wrong and was irritated when we asked for what we actually ordered. Just threw the cheeseburger in the bag unwrapped. Ordered 2 medium coffees and got smalls after we had to remind them we ordered coffee.

Every time I come here anymore, EVERYTIME, we are told to go wait in a spot for our food and 95% of the time when they finally bring the food it is cold. You would think if you have to wait in the food it would be hot, even warm. No, it’s usually cold. The last 11 times IN A ROW we’ve came here we’ve had to wait. Two of those times we were forgot about while everyone after us got their food.

I order from this McDonald’s 3-4 times a week and their service and quality is so low. I will be writing 1 star reviews every time until something is done about this establishment operating so poorly.
Today’s issue: my coworker goes to pick up our order every time we order from here. So much so they typically know the name of the second order by the time he mentions his. Today they had him the drive-thru waiting spot for over 30 minutes waiting on my order. Twice he had to stop employees bringing out other orders asking where the second order was. He eventually had to call and they were completely unaware he had two orders to pick up… yet at the window they confirmed both orders to my coworker two times and two outside employees apparently went inside to check on it as well. This place needs some serious management re-evaluation especially with their drive- thru because this is not how a “fast-food” restaurant should operate. I’ve yet to open the order I finally received over an hour after ordering, so cannot relay whether or not they got the order right (they usually dont) oh and be warned ordering sauces, they seemingly refuse to include those in my experience. I’ll see you all for the next review within a few days, I’m sure.
UPDATE: The order was wrong, who would’ve guessed.

I ordered a McGriddle and an iced coffee yesterday morning. I was waiting at the drive thru to order my food while numerous cars on the other lane went through with their order. The girl at the second window tossed my bag at me and then asked what my drink was. I then told her it was an iced coffee. She then told me to go to the parking spot and they would bring it out. I waited for 10 mins before going in to ask them about the coffee because I was running late for work. Nobody had a clue about the coffee, even the girl who asked me to pull to the parking spot. I told them forget it and left. I called to complain as well. Every time I go to this location they never have orders ready and you have to park and wait forever. They always forget drinks or something from the order. Here lately the service has been awful and I will not be going to this location until it gets better.

Times were wrong online, drive thru had quite a few cars waiting. I waited 8 minutes before leaving without any of the employees mentioning anything. When changing hours it would be a great idea to post it near the spot you order at. As I was giving up I pulled around to the pickup window where in the world’s smallest font they had changed the hours. Do better.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to forget my order. Had to tell the person coming outside 3 times what I got. Burger and fries meal. Food finally comes. No fries in the bag. Burger was made by a blind person. Wasn’t correct at all. Ended up throwing it out of my truck window.

For a very long time this was a very consistent spot, lately though quality of service has gone down and the food quality has become somewhat inconsistent. The food is still great, but undercooked items have been more regular than usual. Today I went through the drive through and sat at one of the order lines for roughly 5-6 minutes waiting to have my order taken. As more customers came through and got in line behind me, I noticed about 8ish cars go through the other order lane and have their orders taken. It seemed as if they were only paying attention to one lane of traffic. This has happened a bit here lately. I left the line, went to Wendy’s next door, and was leaving with my food while the car that was originally behind me at McDonald’s was still at the order booth.

Service is a little better under new management. Good deals on value meals. Seems like ice cream and frappe machine is always broke.
