The place seemed very clean. Ordering was through kiosks, and a worker was helping people use them. It felt pretty organized.

Surprisingly not bad. The patty didn’t taste high quality, but the seasoning on the bun gave it some extra flavor and made it decent taste overall. It’s what you expect from a McDonald’s.

I literally wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order at 10:22 pm. They close at 11. There was one car ahead of me in the drive through. Took him about 10 minutes to be talked to. I then pulled up and was not spoken to for 20 minutes. They asked if I had a mobile number I wanted to use, I said yes and she said one moment. I was not talked to again. At 10:58, 2 minutes before close, I tried to go inside to grab it. The guy cleaning did not want to let me in. I said I had been waiting for 30 minutes and just want my food. Again, there was no one else in the line. He finally let me in and gave me my food. I tried to contact support and it kept saying page not found when I hit submit. I tried 3 times. I then tried to call customer service and no response. I also added tomato’s to my mcchicken and there were not tomato’s added. It’s not much, but still was charged 50 cents and didn’t get it.

I want to warn everyone that this McDonald’s like to add extra charges. First of all, I asked for four large ice waters and just for reference, a small water at McDonald’s is always free. Anything over that you pay for, I know that and I have no issue paying for what I wanted. The issue there is instead of the regular 50 cent for a large water that everyone else charges. They charge a dollar here. I am attaching photos to show where they ring me up as sweet tea to be able to charge me for a dollar instead of putting four large ice waters. As you can see in the picture I did not get sweet teas. I only got four large Waters and the Dr pepper that went with my son’s meal. I was also charged an extra $0.59 for a honey mustard cup that I did not ask for and I also noticed that I was charged $0.10 up charge for a Dr pepper. I don’t know why they did that either as I did not ask for a larger size. I should also note that when I placed my order for the $5 meal that I was asked is that all and just blew over the drink and sauces, I had to tell them hey I need a Dr pepper for that drink and so and so sauce(they didn’t ask about either just tried to complete the transaction)Also my son asked for hot mustard and we were given honey. It should have been a $5 meal deal at most. I should have paid $7 and some change instead. It was $10.27. I would be aware when coming to this McDonald’s and know that you will pay more than ALL the other McDonald’s in the area.

Update: the McDonald’s website doesn’t allow me to submit the feedback on the website. It says page not found each time. Tried that twice before even posting this review. I’m not even surprised by this. Sub par all around!
I ordered 17.70 breakfast with app coupon for counter pickup. My mother went to pick it up and the staff advised they didnt have my order. She showed them the app confirmation and they made the food but made her pay. She called me and I sent her a screenshot of the pending transaction in my account. They refunded my mother but the food was cold and when she advised of this they threw it away. They advised no manager was on site to do the refund to me that was paid on the app and that the bank would refund it but refused to provide evidence nothing was received. Police were called and advised my mother was correct. They then remade a lunch order since breakfast was over. The Manager of the Quarter Caesar S then advised my mother never to come back in the store after the police officer left. Accusing her of being rude. As well, the manager was the one that threw the food away. So they lied the whole time. I was on the phone with mom during this interaction and she was not rude, she was trying to make sure that we didn’t overpay and got our food. My mother is 79 years old and he tried bulling her thinking she was an easy target, which is elder abuse. It was a simple issue caused by them that could have been rectified with refiring the order, but the staff wanted to escalate the situation. This is malicious behavior and will be treated as such.
To Caesar S.: If this is what McDonalds considers a “Manager of the Quarter” it is certainly a low bar. What a pathetic excuse for a human being.

It really grosses me out to have to say this,to the manager/district manager please tell your employees to wash themselves before coming to work.nothing worse than seeing a woman with hunks of dirt under her nails which would say to anyone that she hadn’t took the time to bathe/shower before work.and you’re serving food at that

This place really takes the ‘fast’ out of fast food. Waited for a mobile order pick up for 20 minutes, and was not spoken to once. I have never seen a more slow moving staff (front end or kitchen), zero urgency even as the line at the counter grew to 6 people and nobody came forward to help them either.

I always order my food through the kiosk and have it brought to my table. Well, instead of the food being brought to my table, the manager just threw it on the counter and called out the number with an attitude. Seems like the manager was lazy and didn’t want to be bothered bringing my food to my table. I didn’t even get my cup for my drink and when I went back to the counter to get it, the Hispanic woman behind the counter ignores me and walked away. I also received the wrong food too. I ordered the double quarter with cheese DELUXE and instead got a double quarter pounder with cheese. SO…No drink and wrong food all given with an attitude. I will never go to this place again!

Went in drive thru on a Sunday morning, omw to work. Ordered 1 sandwhich, steak, egg n cheese bagel NO onion n.please scramble the egg. I pay almost $6 for one sandwhich. Receive my food, I should have looked at it before i.pulled off. When I finally look at it, it’s WRONG, the egg in FOLDED EGG, and ONION is laced throughout. I drive back to get a revision because this won’t work for $6. I mean I only ordered one thing. I tell them, I don’t even want u to give me a new sandwich just give me scramble eggs n I can pick the onions out. You would have thought I had a ginormous order. I’m still calm at this point cuz just give me the right egg n I will be on my way. So then im told to freakin PULL UP WE HAVE TO.MAKE IT FRESH. oh no u don’t. Now I’m like just give me my money back, I paid in cash n I’ll go somewhere else. Let’s not forget I’m omw to work. So I hand the bag back n repeat “give me my money back”. This goes on for about 5 minutes. Waaaaay 2 long. A woman comes out the back (manager maybe) n says how can I fix it. I say AGAIN give me my money back. Now they have the sandwich n my money. Then the boy is just standing there holding a container n my bag. The container has egg in it. I’m like DO SOMETHING, EITHER GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR GIVE ME THE FOOD!! cold sandwich n a container with FLIPPIN FOLDED EGG!!!!!!! I should have known better. Why can’t you get it right the FIRST TIME. the staff was nice enough I would rather the staff be jerks n the food be right.
