Get my food, notice all three burgers are opened, clearly thrown in the bag with so much ketchup that wasn’t even asked for like that. I try not to order at this one because staff are always rude or something is always messed up.

I can say alot about this McDonald’s I’ve only been going here for a couple of weeks. Ive experienced very rude staff! Cold coffee and i go before 6 n the morning on my way to work so the coffee should be hot and recently brewed. I think they do it on purpose because i have complained to the manager about his staff n the mornings! He was the one who served me cold coffee!! The McDonald’s in Riverdale is very professional with nice staff, i have never had any issues there and have been going there for over 4 years!

I ordered a 20 piece nugget and a large fry in the driveway through. I get my food after about 7 minutes and my nuggets were crispy and hot. My fries on the other hand were warm and when I bit into one, it tasted like it was half cooked. It was bland, and disgusting.

The guy was cleaning the tip of the broom, then turn around fixing the fries then making drinks I said wow you don’t wash your hands and he said he has customers I thought about FDA rules. He said this is Virginia. We don’t have FDA. That’s good to know I thought it was everywhere but that’s the last time I eat from there

Now I work in a restaurant so I have a lot of patience. But I ordered a single happy meal and by the time I got to the window my order was lost. I pulled up to wait, and about 10 cars went through behind me. I was then brought out a single burger without the rest of my happy meal items. The sticker taped to the burger said “extra pickles” and my burger had one single pickle on it. I then waited for the rest of my happy meal, and when I got it, it was missing the apples, so I parked and went into the store. When I got back to my car I realized there wasn’t a single napkin in any of the bags I got. I am just truly baffled how such a simple order was so incorrect. I wont be back at this location. Yikes.

I’ve been going to this location for some time now. Quite often my order/ orders are wrong. But this most recent time was highly unprofessional. I had one order for 2 people. The order seemed fine, until I went to cash out. The receipt was completely wrong. I didn’t notice until i went to get the food. I attempted multiple times to calmly explain that the orders we’re wrong but the staff we’re more worried about holding up the line. Finally the GM was brought in and fixed the order. However he was extremely upset. While handing our food to us, a remark was said. ( It’s not worth holding up the line, have a nice day.) If I’m paying for overpriced garbage, the least you could do is get the order right for the love of God. I’m done with fast food. It’s not worth it anymore.
