I usually try to be open-minded about the quality of food and services I receive from fast food restaurants-but in my opinion the double quarter pounder that I purchased from this location, had to be one of the worst McDonald burger that I’ve had in probably two decades.
It was a grease trap, three bites and I was out, couldn’t stomach it.
I used the napkins provided to soak up as much grease as possible until I ran out of napkins, everything was soaked; the burger patties, the buns, the toppings. It’s as if they took the whole burger, dipped it in grease and then neatly packaged it (figuratively speaking). The only reason I gave it a plus two star rating is because the associate at the second window that handed me the bag greeted me; first window didn’t even acknowledge my presence, (to busy having a conversation with another employee).

Worst fast food in the region.
Ordered on app, got there and my coke was 99% ice. Then they told me to come around and wait for my food. Waited outside for 10 minutes as they served person after person without bring me my food. Finally I go inside and after giving me a hard time they finally find my burger which was just sitting under the heat lamp since I made the order. They burger was flavourless and chewy.
Worth mentioning this isn’t the first time this kind of thing has happened. Last time I went there, a month ago, I ordered on the app for inside pickup and I waited there for 15 minutes. Turns out they never even made my burger. Worst McDonalds in the region, maybe even the worst fast food.

I placed an order through McDelivery on the app. I was missing a drink, had a hot coffee in a plastic cup, and eggshells in my McMuffin. I contacted help through the app and it sent me to DoorDash. DoorDash told me they could not process a refund for anything. I called the store, and they told me that I had to contact DoorDash. I explained that I already had contacted them. She said she’s sorry, but they won’t do anything. In terms of the eggshells, she said that it was made with eggs, so I shouldn’t be surprised. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

A ordinary McDonald’s. Last time I went the young girl working the counter was really nice and the kitchen was able to get out my food quickly. Sometimes can get really busy at the drive thru, going in the restaurant can get in and out a lot quicker.
Updated: Took a few pics of the prices of things, there doesn’t seem to be a dollar menu anymore. Expensive for just small things. It is good they still do have good deals on Iced Coffee if one has the app.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been there twice. The first time it took them almost an hour to give me my order, and there was another lady there who was very upset because her order wasn’t complete, and she had been at the establishment longer than me. The second time I went, the manager arrived and I told him I wanted to place an order. He just laughed sarcastically and wouldn’t serve me. So, I’ll give you some advice: don’t go to that McDonald’s. The manager they have there is very arrogant and serves whoever they want. They should change their manager. Very bad service.

I have to say, this store has transformed over the last year or so. It used to be pretty poorly run from the customer view but now it is clean, quick, had friendly table service, and a good experience for fast food. Well done to the team there for turning the store around!

The food is good, having said that the people at the food widow are incredibly rude and don’t know the first thing about customer service. Guy in a tie tonight was rude and pushy. Even my 8 year old daughter said “wow dad he was really rude to you.” Night before we got door dash and they never gave us cookies and dipping sauces. Always giving us a hard time when we ask for dipping sauces. Tonight was last straw for me will never go there again.

1st time stopping in. They are busy. The lobby is super clean, and the bathroom looks good. The food was hot and fresh. It’s been a while to see all the categories hit 5 stars for everything. Definitely will stop by again when in town.
