This morning I was not in the mood for a hotel breakfast so after looking around, I decided to try Hot Biscuit.
Hot Biscuit is a bright cheerful place, perfect for breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the tables and chairs were clean.
Portion size was very generous! The pancakes were light and fluffy. The bacon was not salty at all.
Overall, I was very happy to have breakfast at Hot Biscuit.

Honestly I was quite timid trying this restaurant, but after eating there Id gladly return again. Nice Little Mom and pop vibes in this restaurant, the food was solid. French toast was fluffy and sweat, while the Mozzarella sticks and onions rings were cripsy and warm inside.
