I just left McDonald’s and took a bite and seen a raw burger how is this possible?What 15 dollars an hour will get you. Might want to check your kids food before they eat.
Over cooked chicken sandwich. But I’m not surprised. Somehow I end up giving McDonalds chance after chance and they disappoint more times than not.
I had ordered a large fry , large sweet tea , chicken sandwich with extra mayo , and a fish fillet. The chicken sandwich was raw in the middle and I even had it in my mouth. that’s extremely unprofessional and sickening. The fish fillet was not fresh and cold.
We walked in and found trash on the tables and floors. Used the restrooms and trash was everywhere. Trash cans overflowing, toilet tissue on the floor everywhere. Napkins used as paper towels were laying all around sinks. Walked out and didn’t order food, very slow service and employees not really working.
Drive thru ridiculous!!! 2 times going through, 1st pass, wrong items in bag, 2nd pass shorted items, 3rd pass, 2 large fries cold, 2 McChickens with chicken patties hard as a brick!! ABSOLUTELY the worst fast food restaurant in Hopewell!!
Had in issue with entrance of the restaurant. Floor very slippery from residue of cleaning product. Other then that it was a quick run in and out.
My only complaint is having people outside to take the order when they aren’t busy. Created confusion in the drive through

I was doing partial payment on card and the rest in cash and my card was being declined despite money being on there. (If this was a Venmo review i sure would give a piece of my mind) lol. So I was going to take few things off my order so I could put what cash I had toward the bill and the young lady behind the cash register paid for my whole order! I gave her my cash she insisted she didn’t want it but I insisted on her taking it and I asked for her cash app tag and once I got home I sent her the rest of the balance plus a nice tip bc you never see that act of kindness often.
Employee (Ka’Dari Hudson) was extremely rude to his customers. He proceeded to yell at the customers and call them b*tches. He then, spit my in drink before he handed to me. I tried to get a hold of the manager but didn’t succeed. He deserves to be fired because of his horrible actions.
Today was a very horrible experience for me and everyone around me. I could see my order was completed but it took nearly 10 minutes to find a single associate that would look in my general direction so I could just point to it to receive it won’t be going back soon
