The food was good. It was McDonalds so like all fast food these days it was not anything to write home about but it wasn’t bad. My iced latte however was terrible but the manager fixed it fast and with a smile and an apology so all is well. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor playground and it was clean.

We stopped here on a road trip later in the evening. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were able to place our order and all of our food came out correctly. They were so kind and we appreciated having such friendly service.

First they forgot to add 4 items into my bags, waited in the front about 5 minutes before I caught someone walking by. Got home and noticed that a chunk of my bun is missing like someone bit it off and another just got slapped together unevenly . Where’s the quality control or management supervision… horrible service

Ordered curbside through the mobile app. Ended up having to go inside. I ordered a sprite and received water. Nobody works the front counter anymore. An elder gentleman at an ordering kiosk needed help using it and wanted to do a cash order but he was blatantly ignored at first when trying to ask for assistance. Customer service could have been better today. But I still love McDonald’s fries and crispy chicken nuggets.

This McDonald’s is located between Petersburg and. Charles City and there is also another McDonald’s nit even 5 minutes done the road and it is always packed with people . Every time we’ve been to that location it was awful . We went to this one and it was amazing . Food was fresh and hot , everyone was nice and not many people were there , very quiet and relaxing !

Brought our granddaughter to celebrate her 4th birthday…. place is filthy! Food all on the floors – in a totally empty restaurant! Dirty tables. The play area for parties has no heat! Management said it’s broke. Totally unacceptable conditions.

Came in for breakfast. Help a gentleman remove sticker off his shoe then the young lady took our order and the talk guy in the back made a comment asking his co worker ” why is this woman staring at me” I over hear it. Maybe because I was empress of the way they are working together. But instead he made me want to say something else because of his actions I just walked out and let my husband take care of it. Your in customer service and food service those kind of words should NEVER come out your mouth. Thank for pooping on my good vibes.
