We live about equal distance between two Jack’s restaurants. We have been to both and hands down our favorite location is Hwy. 80 West, Phenix City, Al. The food is always hot and they take the time to put it in the bag with care, not just throw the food in the bag and hand it to you in the drive-thru. We have lots of fast food choices near us and Jack’s is always my first choice.

We love Jack’s. Their food is always amazing. Staff is friendly and orders are always accurate. I love using the app and picking up my order in the drive thru. My dogs love it too. They love riding thru the “magic window” where they get their order of 20 piece fingers and their dog treat.

Genuinely disappointed in this jacks. Me and my husband went and got some food because it was what I was craving at the moment, we got the food and my box was upside down in the bag leaking coleslaw into my mashed potatoes and my chicken fingers. My husband’s food over all was incomplete and cold not even warm, I’m not sure about anyone else but we hate cold fries and coleslaw flavored mashed potatoes and gravy. The workers at the window did not say a word to us at all either definitely didn’t feel welcomed. I dont write reviews often but I was genuinely upset about this experience

Went there around 11 am this morning and got a double Jack burger. The hamburger was old and cold. The bun was hard like it was warmed up from the previous night or something. If it’s 11 am wouldn’t all the hamburgers still be fresh giving that they just switched over from breakfast????? This could give someone food poisoning. Whoever they have working there and thought it was ok to do this should be fired.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, egg, cheese, sausage nothing major, vehicle in front of me literally took 10 min to move, when I finally made it to the window, I wasn’t greeted with a good morning, how are you, nothing, to add fuel to the fire, my sandwich was literally cold, bread was hard, not sure what happened this particular morning but I’m appalled at the poor service all together ♀️
