We can in just to do an estimate at this location for some work. I came in and immediately felt like family here. Something I’ve never seen at 100 other McDonald’s I’ve been too. Both the managers and Employe’s were all extremely friendly and courteous. This is probably my favorite McDonald’s anywhere near the tri city area. Check this place out. Foods fresh and cooked properly. No messed up order no nonsense. Perfect McDonald’s.

This place is consistently messing up orders, they are rude, and slow. Today, specifically, I ordered a sausage & egg McMuffin with cheese and one without EGG. The short, white or Hispanic female (not sure of her ethnicity)never greeted me at the window nor did she inform me of the time (I was sitting there about 10 minutes). When she came to the window to hand me my food, it was incorrect, so I told her what it was supposed to be (sausage McMuffin with cheese NO EGG),she looked at me strangely and asked if I just wanted cheese… Huh! She then takes the sandwich back and brings back a sausage McMuffin with cheese AND EGG. Simple orders are seemingly too complicated and it’s annoying to customers. There are too many of the same reviews with the same issues, PLEASE FIX.

No orange juice! Also person taking our order did not understand us when we said we wanted two sausage egg McMuffins. I am not sure if it’s the fact that the menu is so focused on the value meals now that it’s hard for staff to find sandwiches only—or something else. Her English was good. Nice experience overall. No orange juice = two stars off. Clean bathrooms.

I waited way too long for pies. They clear their screens as well. I worked for McDonald’s before I know how it goes and you want to beat time but people were waiting a looong time. I also ordered at the drive thru 1st and I specifically asked is there apple pies I can order if I come in the grab them I don’t want to hold up your line but I forgot to order them he said yes just for me to come in and there was only 1. You could of said there was only 1. The payment options were broken at the ordering machine I had to wait to pay. Definitely not fast food spot. Dont recommended

oh my god these people are not real. lost my mind in this mcdonalds. a COFFEE took 25 minutes. i saw new breeds of human beings and have never been so disappointed in humanity and lost hope in the competence of the human race. a woman working in the back was on facetime and i can’t imagine that call was somehow more pressing than the multitude of waiting, hungry, customers ready to lose it. incredibly disappointed in this McDonalds, please don’t go here and save yourself the hurt.
I also saw a ‘woman’ in 5 inch platform yellow crocs and it ruined my day. AND. a small crusty dog bombarded the females in my group.

The young gentleman that works in the morning at the front register is the absolute best! He always greets you with a smile, very polite, and he always makes my day! The ladies cooking and serving the food are really kind and quick in the mornings. Honestly, my food was ready before I was done paying for it! Love starting my day off with these amazing people… it really sets the mood for your whole day and ba da da da daaaa Im lovin it! Im so happy this location finally found some GREAT workers with a positive attitude that actually want to work and keep this location clean, running smoothly, quick service, and they have respect for the customers. What more could you ask for?!? So i just want to say THANKYOU FOR THE POSITIVE VIBES THIS MORNING, THE YUMMY HOT FOOD, AND THANKYOU FOR MAKING ME SMILE!
Update: Still lovin it!!! The new sweet older lady that works the cash register in the mornings deserves a raise because she is always busy helping customers or cleaning, keeping this McDonald’s running smoothly and its actually clean! The floors are always mopped, all the tables were wiped off, and they got the parking lot looking good too. This is honestly the only McDonald’s I enjoy coming to, the only downfall is the fact that there is no play area at this location but these outgoing hard workers make up for it!

I visited around 11pm, so the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru was open. I had placed a mobile order in advance and was the only car there when I arrived. Despite that, I waited 35 minutes at the window for my food, long enough for a line to form behind me.
During that time, I watched the employee preparing drinks set the cups down, pick up her phone, and proceed to text for several minutes right in front of the window. When she did finally speak to me, I had to repeat myself multiple times because she was wearing both a drive-thru headset and an AirPod and couldn’t hear me.
Every time I come here I’m reminded why I NEVER come here!
