I love Culver’s. Tonight it was snowing, and I ate there… and bought 4 ice creams to go. Once I got home, I saw that one of the ice creams was already eaten by someone else… I can’t believe that happened. I don’t think it was not feeling complete… it’s obvious that the ice cream was used by someone else. Please check your ice creams before you leave. I will never go back to that location again.

I come here often and let the bad service slide. But today the meat was red and my ice cream was eaten. You would think with the amount of workers they have inside they can manage. When the drinks aren’t out you can at least enjoy a good drink.

I had a double cheeseburger. It was horribly dry and cold.
It was awful. I would of returned however, I was already on 69 heading home. I took the sandwich out as I was on the ramp leading to the highway. It should of still been hot and juicy still. But nope, it was cold and dry. I’m not happy

We had a fantastic lunch at the Culver’s on Olio Road! While the food was exactly what you hope for—fresh, hot, and delicious—it was the customer service that truly stood out.
A staff member named Romier provided absolutely amazing service. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality, and it made our visit memorable. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this location.

I had an excellent experience at Culver’s! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast even during the lunch rush. My food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—especially the ButterBurger, which was cooked perfectly. The ruben sandwich were crisp and delicious, and the frozen custard was the perfect sweet finish.

This location continues to disappoint. Half serving sizes, smashed food, and an incredibly loud staff yelling back and forth across the dining room definitely belies the premium pricing model. Below is an example of tonight’s “medium” cheese curd barely being half capacity.

I’m a DoorDash driver and this was one of the worst pickup experiences I’ve had, I’ve picked up orders from this location many times with no issues, but today the service was unusually bad and unacceptable.. I came in to pick up two orders and clearly gave both customer names. I was told one was ready and to wait for the other.
I waited 15 minutes. Nothing. I asked again — they called the name with zero urgency and then went right back to doing nothing. After 20 minutes total, I had to push AGAIN, and only then did they finally look properly and hand me the first order that had been ready the entire time.
This delay was 100% their fault. No communication, no checking orders, no care at all. Employees were standing around joking and talking instead of doing their jobs while drivers and customers wait.
This kind of laziness directly hurts delivery drivers’ pay and ratings. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of people’s time. Management seriously needs to step in.

When I go there for pick up, the worker never can heard every time! I need to repeat again and again until they have a person can hear. And I only ordered two sandwiches, they can missing one! I know they would working so slow and missing some. But not two! Unbelievable!
