My go to McD’s- understand that might be short on staff. 3pm 3-3-2026 stoped for a meal. Sat at drive through for 5 minutes. Was told once they would be with me. Waited longer. I stepped inside to order- two employees were sitting eating. Couldn’t see who else was working inside- but seemed like only two others. Received the most saddest cheese burgers I have ever seen. Both cold and one had a funny taste. Yep within 30 minutes the stomach pains started. Fries were hot at least. When I left the drive thru was stilled backed up by the guy that was behind me while I waited and the line- there was about 10 cars still waiting. I tried to give a courtesy to those waiting that McD’s was having some issues with their drive thru. Still my McD’s- and hoping these hiccups are resolved.

Lady in the drive through was very nice, we had a joke about yummy food however when I received my sandwich that I spent extra for both sauce and onions, I received what could only be described as a depressing result. The sandwich was good in the center and everything was cooked well and seemed fresh however when spending almost 10 dollars for a sandwich, I expect the whole sandwich, not half.

Ordered again like an idiot severely disappointed large fry arrived with almost no fries in it they also didn’t put any napkins or the sauces I PAID FOR in the bag. If I could 0/10 I would. Stay away. Stay far away.

I get McDonalds because my daughter and her friend(s) request it usually on weekends. This has to be the worst location in the entire area. I’ve tried going into the location, going through drive thru and having it delivered.

In store: Generally, means wait of 15+ minutes for 2-3 peoples worth of food for an order. Often missing items which then adds additional wait to the time. This is during down times or busy times, but obviously busy times adds 2-3x onto this time.

Drive thru: This somehow is faster during down times than going into the store. During busy times though, I’ve waited up to 20 minutes just in the drive thru lane to be asked to pull into a space to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for the food.

Delivery: This is probably the worst of the worst experience wise. When I’ve ordered delivery from here, have 90+% rate of missing items. Today broke the record on wait time though. It took almost 60 minutes from the time ordered to just someone picking up the order because the first 2 people all left the store after waiting for the order for 20 minutes each. This was during what should be a down time as its after lunch rush around 2:01pm. Also, on top of the long wait for this order. I had 4 teenage kids and myself here today. Ordered 40 nuggets, 5 fries, and assortment of burgers and drinks. Want to take a guess what I got? 3 burgers, 4 fries, 1 drink so missing over half of the order.

I don’t know if it’s the people or the management, but this location is a no-go ever again. I’ve given it plenty of chances at this time and recommend you take the extra 5-10 minutes and go to the location a mile up the road.

Edit: In response to the comment by “owner”. No, not wasting my time so I can be annoyed by your corporate call center for 2-3 weeks and get told “nothing can be done” again since I’ve already done that previously for this location in fact. Although I assume this is just an automated response to anyone that leaves a negative review with comments. Again, just avoid this location.

Took over 30 minutes to get an online order I had made 15 minutes prior (saying I had arrived right when making the order!). Someone had been sitting in the pickup for 45 minutes. The staff spent more time dancing to their music than fulfilling an order. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend.

If you want customer service, steer clear of this location. 11/14/25 just before 8pm, I placed my order on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. When my husband and I arrived at the restaurant, we decided we wanted to come inside, because the McDonalds website it states I can change to pick up inside once I’m at the restaurant. The gentleman working behind the counter told me emphatically, the only way I could get my food is to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. I tried reasoning with him, but he just stood there, telling me he couldn’t help me, to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. The condescending smirk he gave to us when I told him I was not satisfied with that option, was insulting. I asked to speak to a manager, but he said he is the manager. There was no one inside the restaurant, and when we left, WITHOUT our food, there was only ONE truck in the drive thru, so please give me one good reason why he couldn’t walk a couple of steps to the drive thru register, type in my code and provide me with my order? Is customer satisfaction not important anymore? At this point, I am thoroughly frustrated with this entire experience, and never want to step inside a McDonalds ever again. And to think I spent 3 years working at a McDonalds in Virginia Beach, while in high school, to now feeling this horrible about a brand I was once so very proud of, is extremely disheartening. DO BETTER!!

*edit- I see the reply to contact the customer care team. I already have. My case# is 34613773 and all they have done is asked me for my app email and a copy of my receipt, which I never received.

One of the worst places to stop. Ordered food and took over 20-25 minutes to come out. The oder was missing sauces and the happy meal had not toy.

The lids were not stalked.

A person who was working had their child sitting at the first table. Then while the the place inside filled up they sat with the child instead of helping customers.

This McDonald’s, located by the Walmart in Kiln creek has very rude employees. I’ve been here more than once for door dash. Today, there was an older white lady fixing orders for DoorDash.
I wanted to place an order for myself while I waited on my door dash. I don’t like using the kiosk, but it seems they want to force everyone to do that. I asked to place my order and she said, I’ll get there when I can get over there. She was very rude and that was not the correct way to ask me to wait for her to come and take care of my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rude employees at this store before. Even though the kiosk is there, it doesn’t mean a person has to use it.Maybe she needs to retire but I do not appreciate rude customer service employees. I was there picking up an order about one o’clock this afternoon. I found out the lady’s name is Tammy.

Went there at about 8 last night…. first I asked for a Carmel mocha frappe but received a Carmel which initially wasn’t a big deal to me. However when I asked for a deluxe chicken combo and got fed a mayonnaise sandwich with half a liter of chicken I couldn’t help but leave a review. Worst Mickey D’s experience. The guy in second window was cool tho.

The drive-through line was super long, and the parking lot was a maze. I ordered two items on the app. I got to the speaker and gave them my code. They told me to pull up to the window. Then they said my second item was out of stock. That would’ve been great if they had told me at the menu where I put in my order, but I had no choice but to stay in line and get the one item they had.
