So i ordered the big arch after seeing reviewers online actually enjoying it.
Got the combo meal large from the app for just over $11 with the discount promo
The fries were limp. Well seasoned, but limp. The box wasn’t full. The burger? Undercooked too. The meat patties from McDonald’s should not be pink.
And it was soggy, way too much sauce. I don’t think the meat was properly seasoned either.
Just a mediocre experience that i sat in line for 20 minutes before and ended up just sad.
Oh, and the coke was terrible too. Didn’t taste like coke, like the machine was running out of the syrup or something.

Manage is not good. I walk in I’m the only person inside had tons of works in there. Nobody said hi welcome to McDonald’s will be with you in a second. None of that. Everybody looked at me and kept on what they was doing like I wasn’t even there. Even the managers look at me and didn’t say nothing. No sorry for the inconvenience. We will be with you soon as we can nothing. Old type of good customer service.. it was like 3 managers and 3 cashers they only focus was the drive through..

Just popping in to give credit where it is due because the last few visits to this location I had been raving to my husband about how much better, hotter the food has been and how friendly the staff has become. If you had asked me a couple months ago what I thought about this location, I probably would’ve mentioned the staff being a little unprofessional and lacking the customer service sparkle but my last few visits as of recent, it seems like this place has made a total 360. I’ve wondered if this location has recently gotten new management who has finally gotten it on track on track. Regardless, I have to say the staff have been so incredibly friendly and the food has been great. Keep up the good work!

The restaurant is spacious and clean. However the food took more than 15 minutes to come out. That is way too slow considering I ordered ahead and the lobby was relatively absent. Lots of seating is good to see with renovations in progress. I would wait to come to this location until the painting is done.

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s but the quality of the fries is always below average compared to other McDonald’s. The main reason for my 2 star review is that giamo management chooses to charge an extra 99¢ for mayonnaise and that’s simply outrageous; I prefer driving further to other locations just because of the charge on mayo. For reference I usually see it either be free or roughly 30¢.

The employees the lower staff members were very nice, however the manager who was working on Thursday December 4th at 8:00 was extremely disgusting her attitude was unacceptable towards us. I’m a Uber Eats delivery driver and there were two other doordash drivers in the lobby waiting and she came out and said how come every time I turn around there’s more people in here I responded to her that the door was open and she said the lobby was closed mind you it’s only 8:00 and the posted hours on the door windows saying the dining hours are till 11:00 and I don’t understand how anybody could work in that environment with her she needs to be gone ASAP

Ive been to this McDonald’s at least 100x’s literally…and have driven away about 87 of those times because there is NEVER ice cream! Just take it off the menu. And its same thing. “The machine is down” “we don’t have any ice cream” like seriously? Who did the inventory? Who placed the order? Why is the machine always broken? Today I had a football team of boys I wanted to treat but no “we don’t have any its unavailable” I will take my money to Cook Out from now on!

I’ve never gotten my food even remotely quick here whether it’s a pick up order, ordering in store, or in the drive through. There’s ALWAYS an excessive wait time. Employees are usually nice though.

I have NEVER had an issue here until this last week. The last 3 times in a row I have gone it’s been nothing but issues and I’ve been going here with my husband and friends for almost 5 years religiously. (I don’t like going to other ones) the first issue was a friend did a mobile order, he drove up to the window and whichever guy works at night now refused to give him his food and told him to go back around (okay understandable but we could see his order on the counter) so we left because the line was insanely long and I bought him food else where. A complaint was filed and he was refunded. Today we do a mobile order again and it’s delivered through door dash. He got food and I got a small chocolate shake. Only it wasn’t chocolate. It’s vanilla, and on the receipt it clearly says chocolate. Okay. No biggie. I’ll let him have it since I won’t eat it. I then ask my husband if he can go and pick up a chocolate shake for me (I am recovering from a major/invasive abdominal surgery and cannot go myself) and my husband comes back with a vanilla shake with ALL the chocolate in the bottom and a straw that looks like a worker chewed on it.
At this point it’s 3 times in a row and nothing but problems. I doubt I’ll continue to go here when there’s another McDonald’s just 5 more minutes down the road. This is ridiculous.
