I placed an order in the McDonald’s app and came in to pick it up. My visit was on March 6 at 8:10 PM. When I arrived, I stood at the register and was not greeted. Several employees, including management, walked past me without acknowledging me.
I ended up waiting about 25 minutes for a very small order. While waiting, I witnessed employees go outside and then come back inside and get directly on the food prep line without properly washing their hands. I also saw the same employees who were preparing my food digging in their pockets with gloves on, texting on their phones, and then continuing to prepare food.
Food safety clearly is not taken seriously at this location. Because of what I witnessed, I refused to accept the food once it was ready. I did not feel comfortable eating food that had been prepared under those conditions.
I then had to go to another non-McDonald’s establishment in order to get dinner for the night.
I also contacted corporate and spoke with management regarding a refund. I was told that I would have to wait for a call from the franchise owners in order to have a refund processed. I asked what would happen if I missed the call and whether my refund would still be issued. I was told that it is required to speak with someone directly in order for a refund to be processed.
Overall, this place is horrible, does not follow proper food safety practices, and the manager is far too soft-spoken to be effectively directing the young staff.

I ordered two Large Caramel Iced Coffees with extra caramel drizzle. When I received them, they were extremely light in color and completely missing the drizzle. After I politely mentioned this, the staff did not remake the drinks. Instead, they poured caramel into the bottom of the cups, leaving the drinks looking watered down, with all the caramel pooled at the base.
This is not what I ordered, and the drinks tasted terrible. As a pregnant customer, this was very frustrating — I paid extra for a product that was not delivered and was handled poorly when I raised the concern. Mistakes happen, but they should be corrected by remaking the order properly.

Don’t order the sausage burrito if you’re hungry. The one I receive was thin as a breadstick. The cook did not fill it well so most of it was bunched tortilla on the edges. It also stuck to the wrapper, so as I peeled it away from the wrapper it was tearing. I couldn’t even open it to put the picante sauce on it because part of it was stuck together so I had to apply drops of the sauce inside the little openings. Don’t waste your money. Go to Burger King instead. Their Jr. Burrito is better than McDonald’s and it cost about the same price. It’s small but they pack it. Sonic also has a great ultimate meat and cheese burrito. McDonald’s should be ashamed of themselves for offering customers an item so unsatisfying. First and last time I will buy a burrito from this restaurant.

Girl at the second window had a major attitude! Attempted to hand me multiple drinks without a drink tray the told me to have a nice day forgetting parts of my meal. When I told her I need my happy meal she “I know” real sassy like.. maybe it’s best to have her flipping the burgers or making sure the lobby clean because her customer service skills are way below average

This review isn’t from me eating there. Unfortunately, I had to witness someone asking for a refund, because he noticed the food workers weren’t wearing gloves while preparing the food. The young lady who was preparing his order, dismissed his concern about them not wearing gloves while touching the food!!

I do not normally leave reviews but this was the absolute worst location I have been to. After waiting twenty minutes to even get to the speaker just to tell them I have a mobile order. It took another fiften minutes of waiting at the menu just to tell the employee my mobile order number.
There was some miscommunication on the number and after correcting her on the order number I was once again forced to wait as she assisted three cars in the other lane without furher assistance after relaying “wait one moment please”.
I have wasted enough time tonight waiting at this location and I will not be back.

Went in and ordered at the kibosh. Paid at the register. Was given my cup and went and sat down. Waited over 30 minutes for them to bring me my food. Went up to the counter and was told I already got my food. Rudest woman I ever encountered said she saw me eating. Even manager didn’t believe me said very rudely she can check the cameras. When I said yeah let’s check the cameras she finally believed me and gave me my food. This McDonald’s is the worst when it comes to customer service. They are the rudest bunch of people. I will be taken my business else where for now on

I stopped by the McDonald’s today around 1130 and had a great experience! The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. One of the staff members was walking around checking on customers, which made the place feel very welcoming. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the food came out super fast — hardly any wait at all. Really appreciated the great service!

Came here in the morning around 10 AM. Food was so fresh and hot, lobby was pristine, every team member was just phenomenal and so kind!!! We were served food at our table, as another lovely woman DEEP CLEANING nearby tables with a huge smile and kind greetings and small talk. Made me feel like I was in a little hometown diner. What a fantastic crew and team! Love it here. Yall are great and give superb customer service

This McDonald’s made me smile! As soon as I walked in a lovely lady named Chavron (not sure if I spelled it correctly) greeted me with a bright and positive attitude!! We were there on 9/27/2025 about 8am. We had been up since 4am trying to fix our friends vehicle in the rain we stopped at a different McDonald’s up the road where the service was terrible and had to get a refund on our food because they didn’t have anything we wanted… we were starving! we drove to this one and Ms Chavron and the whole team was incredible! They were incredibly fast and so helpful with drinks , another lady in the dining room said good morning with a wonderful attitude and smile! They definitely made the rest of my morning much better! I’m a travel nurse and my boyfriend is a travel welder so we have been to a lot of McDonald’s around the country but this one I’d say has been by far the best, from the positive attitudes, quick service and they didn’t miss anything in our order, we were impressed! This isn’t just a McDonald’s this was a 5 star restaurant:)
