Went there this morning. The employee turned and walked away…guess she wanted me to use the kiosk, which I did, it had no receipt paper, went to the counter to pay……such unfriendly service. The manager or owner, Charles Johnson needs to think about replacing these people who don’t want to work in customer service…….just there for the 15 bucks an hour doing nothing. Slapped my food on the counter without even a thank you and walked away….Poquoson of all places where you would think it would be friendly. The 2 stars are for the coffee.

NEEDS SHUT DOWN. We have never had a good experience at this location. It’s been shut down multiple times and re staffed but has yet to see any improvement. Food is always cold and today we received a sandwich the wasn’t even put together it was literally thrown in the box separately like a DIY meal without most of the condiments which is not what was ordered. At this point we’re better off shutting down the location and putting in something the town could actually use.

If you don’t like your job then don’t work for McDonald’s. It’s simple when a customer ask for a condiment that’s obviously behind the counter, you don’t need to get an attitude about it. This location needs to get rid of 95% of its staff and start over.

I wish I could give zero stars. I feel sorry for the person that owns that place because it could be so much better and I am sure they are losing crazy money. My 14 yr old loves Big Macs so I went tonight to get him one (even though I said I’d never go back). I stood at the counter in the dining room room for 20 mins and even though many employees looked at me, not one addressed me. I had the app for a BOGO Big Mac that timed out while waiting. I am military and have lived in several states and this is by far the worst franchise I have ever seen. Same thing happened 4 months ago when I went in there. Ended up going across the street to Wendy’s and they were very professional and were actually happy to take my money. I guess this location doesn’t care about revenue or there’d be a manager in there running things. I am not done with Mickey D’s but I will drive to avoid this location.
