Dorian provided such premier customer service! I placed a mobile order that included the grinch meal. Unfortunately, they were out. But Dorian was super helpful, he did not get annoyed (like folks at other locations) when I asked how I could get refunded. He graciously helped me try and figure it out for a good bit! We ended up just getting it refunded in cash but I am thankful for his time and attention to help me on this! He went above and beyond so thank you!

Went thru drive thru. Around 2:45 on the 23 Oct. Sat in line for 30 min. I had a code from the app. I told the guy. He say give it to me. I gave him the code. I started to give him my order. He said GIVE ME YOUR CODE. I gave him the code again. Started the order. He said I need the code. It told him this is the 3rd and last time I give it to him. He then proceeds to tell me that it does not work!! Everytime I try to use a code it does not work. I asked the guy what can we do. He said I don’t care what you do. He was extremely rude. I worked CS for 25 years. If I spoke to a customer like he spoke to me I would of been fired. You employees need more training. I left I will never step another foot in any McDonalds. Ever

I just came back to this location and was looking to purchase lunch for some folks who were down on their luck and they were able to help me out with that and took care of An error that was on the app, but I think I caused, and they were super helpful. This is definitely the best McDonald’s in the area. They take care of their customers. If you’re looking for McDonald’s today and you’re in Newport News, stop by the one on J Clyde Morris. Managers are top-notch, and the employees took care of me super quickly!

Staff can’t read.. placed a mobile order and like usual its missing items and wrong sizes of drinks. Its the repetitiveness of how often they get orders wrong thats lead me to finally leave a review. They dont care bc they get paid no matter the service they provide. Decided to cut my loses and will not be back to this location.

The entire restaurant is terrible. The soda fountain was trashed. It’s not. a place to set down your drink without laying in spillage. The restrooms were nasty. The tables had spilled coke on them that was dried up, so it had been there a while. A hard pass on this McDonald’s! 2 stars from me.

Definitely be careful when you go there at night time. At this point, I only go to the specific location to get mystery meals. You either don’t get all of your food, or you get someone else’s stuff. In a way, it’s kind of fun to me, especially when they mess up the meal, and the cheese is on top of the bread rather than inside of the sandwich, or when it looks like they threw it on the ground before putting it in the bag. It’s a whole experience, and everybody should experience it in my opinion. How can you not want to see what $15 an hour gives you?

Lazy, slow, and rude employees who complain about doing the simplest tasks and cannot get a very basic order out in less than 10 minutes. Desperately in need of better management and team members. My Order took 20 minutes. In the drive thru at a “fast” food place, it is unacceptable. Do better.

Did not receive the Nuggets with mcvalue meal. Got 5 miles down the road and realized there was barbecue sauce in there but no nuggets. I tried to call and tell the manager that they’re falling down on the job, but they don’t have a phone that answers!!!!!!!! Not going back to get them it’s just the principle of the thing.

The workers are always extremely rude, we asked for extra sauce she took our bag going through it looking for the sauce she already put in there, turns out she did not put any sauce in there so the 3 (extra) I was given was what I was suppose to receive. The tea always taste like chemicals the food is never fresh. I used to mange a McDonald’s, this location sucks
